I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april. The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

5 звёзд в Сантандере,самый престижный отель,не такой модерновый,но если знать историю его создания,то будете возвращаться снова и снова. Строился для королевского двора,когда королевская семья приезжала во дворец Магдалена,что находится внизу у моря на полуостровке. С тех пор и является местом сбора всякой знати. Всё размеренно и степенно, публика с деньгами и в возрасте. Завтраки одни из лучших, особенно если накрывают на воздухе,но это как с погодой повезёт. Единственный минус это уставшая мебель,но по мне так и здесь есть свой шарм. Будет возможность,берите с видом на море (залив). Утром с восходом видом бесподобен. До центра 15 минут спуска через город,по морю 20-25 пешком. Парковка своя.

Loved this hotel. Just perfect service from the first moment and super clean. Lovely touches such as breakfast snacks provided in the room, and sweets as a thank you on departure. Couldn’t have been better

Por decir algo, comimos un día en el hotel que tiene descuento por estar alojadas, pedimos el descuento que se anuncia por ello, y nos dijeron que al estar sacado ya el ticket , no nos lo hacían.. solo para tener en cuenta si hacéis este uso, avisarlo nada más sentaros a comer o cenar, por lo demás todo estupendo

En general es un hotel con buenas instalaciones, desde Spa, hasta parque de bolas… la habitación junto con el baño espacioso, y bien cuidado, agradable… lo único mal las almohadas que son tan blandas que te levantas con dolor de cuello El servicio de restaurante deja que desear, camareros lentos y la comida (cena: o Buffet o carta) escasa y no te dejan cambiar 1 ingrediente por otro. El servicio del buffet muy amables. El desayuno buffet normalito tirando a escaso para ser un 4 estrellas. El spa una maravilla, mejor de lo esperado. 4 estrellas escaso a mi parecer, siendo el norte de España Destacar el servicio de recepción, las chicas encantadoras, amables y siempre sonrientes

La habitación muy amplia, aunque la cama supletoria para niños era muy incómoda. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención del personal también. La ubicación, estupenda

Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.
