イギリスハイランド地方で、バーのあるホテル

部屋はシンプルですが清潔です。スタッフはフレンドリーで効率的でした。ロケーションは地元の施設に完璧でした。価格は妥当でしたが、朝食に関する詳細は誤解を招くものでした。朝食は「フルスコットランド風」ではなく「コンチネンタル」でしたが、私が想定していた通り、提供されるメニューは多彩でした。 オンラインで予約する際には、朝食が「コンチネンタル」であることを強調することをお勧めします。

The hotel location was good, very near town centre and close by to a multiple levels car park with electric car charging options, 24 hours was only £9.00.  Food menu wasn’t big but nice food overall.

ロケーションは最高、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切、ベッドはとても快適で清潔、部屋は広くて眺めも素晴らしい。欠点：バスルームは清潔ではあるものの、シンクとバスタブが欠けていて状態が悪く、手入れが必要、朝食の質が非常に悪く、コーヒーはひどい味、アップルジュースは水のような味、調理済みの朝食は非常にまずく、結局ジャムとトーストしか食べられなかった。

このホテルは本当に気に入りました。景色は素晴らしく、受付の方もとても親切でした。階下にはレストランとバーもあり、長いドライブの後には本当に助かりました。

Nice staff we checked in at 18:00. Parking space is quite limited we have to wait for half an hour to get the parking space. The room is great small but enough. There are some restaurants around the hotel.

I was shocked when i first entered the room, the toilet was unclean. However, upon speaking to the reception, they immediately arranged for a clean up and offered us complimentary drinks. Cheers to them, had a pleasant stay.

全体的に許容範囲内で清潔なホテルです。しかし、屋上の「半分切り取られた」部屋を割り当てられたので、騙されそうになりました。基本的には、最初は屋根裏部屋でした (写真 1)。 エレベーターまで歩いていくと、掃除中の普通の空き部屋がたくさんありました。 フロントデスクに部屋を変更できるか尋ねたところ、別の部屋をくれました。 理由はわかりませんが、差別され、騙されたと感じたので、かなり悪い経験でした。同じ日にチェックインした他の客に尋ねたところ、屋根裏部屋は割り当てられなかったそうです。

Our stay was lovely. We liked the novel idea of staying in someplace that is technically a castle. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. They didn't offer the info to us when we arrived, but we ended up walking ourselves around the hotel and found the reception desk person giving another couple a tour of the hotel and telling them the history -- I'd have been disappointed to have missed this, but I'm glad we got the info regardless that it wasn't offered to us. Had dinner and drinks in the Green Lady Lounge which was nice and had good food.

A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.

A good stay at this Nairn hotel. It was further from Inverness than we expected but that was no big problem as Nairn is such a nice little town to explore so the hotel ended up being perfect. Clean, good service and with a welcoming smile from a great reception desk. It is a bit creaky but once everyone had settled down I had a decent sleep and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you.
