Stayed here many times before. The check in was great and the receptionist very helpful. Car park is very busy with McDonald's traffic. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was busy and a little slow in refilling. Just off M5, so well located.

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

少し古いですが、スタッフと滞在に関しては何も不満はありません。よく眠れましたし、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でしたので、ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

What a beautiful place, lovely area to explore. The hotel was very clean and tidy all the staff I had contact with were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be going back

Amazing value, excellent amenities- the jacuzzi was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay a good one. Food in the bar and restaurant was of excellent quality. Lots to choose from at breakfast - will definitely go again

The bed was terrible had a terrible night the mattress was so worn out it completely squashed together as I sat on the bed. When I reported it to reception the lady informed me that they were being replaced but for us not soon enough! Sadley as everything else was ok

ゲゲストWe have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes.
However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

CChau yuiI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. And the free parking was a real bonus, especially considering the location. Overall, great value for money!

ゲゲストA beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel interior was a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary. Our room was right at the top of the building and, although very small, it was well designed and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had dinner in the bar, which was tasty and arrived quickly and hot! All in all, The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect place for a quiet break with a little luxury. We will definitely be returning.

ゲゲストThe Angel is great for an overnight stay. All staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. Atmosphere relaxing, stepping off the high street into an oasis of calm! Excellent position opposite Broad Street and Number 8 venue, once we arrived and parked in the hotel’s free car park we didn’t have to drive again until we left. Local produce from their own farm made for a delicious meal. Would love to re-visit in the future.
