Good experience. Courtyard has its own brand value due to its service.

良い雰囲気、豪華な部屋のスペース、質の高い料理、スタッフの素晴らしい態度を備えた場所。滞在の素晴らしい選択

Stay is comfortable but there are cleanliness issues. The lounge sofas are terribly dirty, dirts marks around. Same is with the chairs and single sofa at the room. Service is very average, i ordered something to eat and they delivered something else. But overall food quality is decent. Breakfast buffet was recent, lunch buffet items are very limited but whatever was served was tasty i think, management should re-look into things. Given me a choice, i wont at this hotel in my next visit.

We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & ***aged to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

Stayed in this property for 1 night for official purpose. If you are reaching raipur by train and want to stay close to railway station then this is the hotel you should choose. 2 mins walking from station. Decent hotel with clean rooms & washroom. Staffs are well behaved and swift to respond on your calls. Buffet breakfast was good with limited choice foods. Food taste was good. Overall a comfortable stay.

Higher indian class, car parking possible for free, large room, hot water

The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special 💖
