a charming hotel in a small town, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and well-decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did find the kitchen lacking; it would have been more convenient to have an induction stove and a microwave, along with some basic cooking equipment like pots and pans. While there was a supermarket across the road, stocking up on raw food proved challenging for a short stay. Additionally, the absence of nearby restaurants made dining options limited. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a comfortable base for my visit.
The young lady at cafe counter who assisted us with check in was just fantastic and professional with her job. She's empathetic when we check in quite late and ready to offer any service such as sandwiches etc..
First class attitude and service 👍

We love the town and the place itself. Staff are so nice, they make sure that we know all the needed information before arriving that is very useful. Food are delicious and affordable. The room is very clean and warm.
Room is great. We had the whole house to ourselves. Check in was a bit confusing at first but was able to figure it out eventually. Nice place to stay in to experience a local housing.
We had a nice view of the church just beside the house. We paid for breakfast. The spread was ok and the lady serving us was nice. Made us hot chocolate and espresso 😊
MMei YinWe stayed in Room 112 - a beautifully furnished apartment with ocean views and comfy beds. The apartment was very spacious and clean. There was a washer, but no dryer. 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel was provided. Shower screen was too small so a floor squeegee was provided to swipe water back into the bath area after shower. Breakfast spread and quality was excellent including some homemade cakes, breads and cookies. Location was just a 10min drive from the puffins. Our best stay in Iceland and highly recommended
