ゲゲストThis was our third stay at the Copthorne and have always enjoyed it. Very comfortable and friendly front of house staff. The big let down is mould and dirt on the floor around the outside of the shower wall.

ゲゲスト部屋は最高とは言えません（部屋からの眺めは）。ベッドは良かったですが、バスルームは普通でした。ホステルのような雰囲気で、ペンキの匂いがしました。バリ島旅行の後だったので寒かったのですが、エアコンはあまり暖まりませんでした。サービスはとても良く、バー・レストランエリアは魅力的でした。レストランは近くにたくさんあったので利用しませんでした。値段は手頃でした。

RRaymond TCYNice hotel located at the terrace, which can access along Lambton Quay for those come with public transport by the lifts. The hotel is clean with free wifi access and lot of amenities like digital safe, hairdryer and etc. Fitness Center and restaurant located at G floor together with the reception.

ゲゲストSeriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t open until 6am”
No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.
Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.
No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.
$45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

ゲゲストAll the staff were super helpful and friendly! They dropped whatever they were doing as you approached the counter, and checking in and out was quick and easy. The restaurant downstairs is great for a meal or a drink. The bed linen was of good quality, and the room had everything you would need: a heater, fan, jug, tea and coffee, fridge, etc. The room also had good storage, a desk and a full-length mirror. It was nice to have a window that opened to air the room in the day. While small and dated, every effort was made to make the rooms as comfortable as possible.

ゲゲスト部屋はとても狭く、一人でしか泊まれないような感じです。夫と私にとってはとても混んでいて、荷物はあまりありませんでした。通りに面しているので夜中はとてもうるさく、何よりもエアコンがないことです。幸い夜はそれほど暑くありませんでしたが、そうでなければ不可能でした。その時、ホテルに移動するかどうかも検討しましたが、一泊だけだったので考えました。ドアを開けるとベッドがあります。サービスはかなり良いですが、新婚旅行などのスタジオとしては決して良くありません。

PPacificyvonnePrivate, professional excellent staff, service and amenities. Next to Te Papa museum, close to shops, restaurants and a variety of food places, New World and entertainment venues. Excellent for families, couples or solo traveller's. Recommend the Museum Appartment Hotel, an EVT Hotel to all visitors to Wellington. I will stay here again. Thank you.

階段の中盤でホテルにアクセスできるエレベーターがありました。
ホテルは予定より1時間ほど早めにチェックインさせていただけてとてもたすかりました。

ゲゲストナウミホテルは、とても楽しくてファンキーな内装のホテルです。部屋の広さは素晴らしかったのですが、バーは小さめでした。それに、バスローブもありませんでした。ソファとテレビの大きさが気に入りました。またぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいです。
