ニュージーランドウェリントン地方で、バーのあるホテル

部屋のレイアウトは合理的で、清潔で整頓されていて、窓の外の景色は美しいです。ホテルの朝食も良かったです。フロントのスタッフは少し遠いですが、首都風なのかもしれませんね（笑）。向かい側の駐車場は日中は有料です～ホテルも有料です。フロントのスタッフは何度もどうしようもなく言っていましたが、仕方がない、ウェリントンかCBDです。笑うべきか泣くべきかわかりません～北京、上海、広州のCBDに行ったことがないんだと思います（笑）ホテルは全体的に良いです

ウェリントンでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。ホテルもサービスも素晴らしかったです。最近泊まったホテルの多くと同様に、少し古さを感じました。部屋はとても清潔で、ルームサービスも良く、バスルームも素晴らしく、近年改装されたようでした。総じて、滞在にとても満足しました。

Well situated,staff are polite and helpful. Comfy beds with a T.V to watch toilets and showers very clean......... highly recommend.

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

房間其實沒有圖片上的大，但衞生維護很好。前台很友善，總能提供你需要的幫助。第一天就給了我一張市區圖，2天下來，用腳丈量了海邊街道和碼頭。對於乘坐機場快線AX的旅客更是友善。Manners 街和Willis街路口下，向南走一段上坡路右手邊就看到了。茶和咖啡管夠，還有巧克力。我不能再喝咖啡，衹喝巧克力，酒店還貼心地給我準備了一個大杯子。離古巴街很近，其實去哪兒都不遠。走的時候，正巧Beth下班，回家開着比亞迪，順道帶我去機場，還拐了彎，去看指環王的拍攝地。真的很友善。如果再去威靈頓，我肯定還選她們家。

We have a blast, from the friendly staff, complimentary foods, the room and the aesthetic place. The location is good easy access for foods, entertainment and shop. We enjoy the breakfast it is worth it. A bit sad, the pool is not that well maintain during our stay. Next time, I hope how many people in the room equal to how many the toiletries (ex. Toothbrush) except for shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hand wash. We’ll come again for sure and recommend to people who plans to have a trip in wellington. Hence, the place is warm and overall the facilities and services are the best.

入口はわかりにくかったのですが、慣れれば簡単です。立地も良く便利な場所だと思います。ホテルの名前の通り絵画などの芸術品がたくさんあり、とてもおしゃれなフロント、ロビーでした。 お部屋への廊下も高級感がありワクワクしました。お部屋はとても広い角部屋を用意してくださっていました。キッチンには電子レンジや大きな食洗機などが備わっていて、とても便利でした。お風呂にはシャワーとは別にバスタブがあり、とてもリラックスしてお湯に浸かることができました。 何よりも高級感があり、特別感を味わうことができ、娘たちが喜ぶ姿を見て私もとても幸せな気持ちになりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

とても清潔で気に入りました。部屋の掃除も毎日きちんとされていて助かりました。スタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、一人の若い男性は何も役に立つことを知らなかったようでした。全てが近いので、また必ず利用します。ホテルのレストランはあまり印象に残らないのでお勧めしません。パスタは茹で過ぎで缶詰スパゲッティのような味でした。朝食は値段を考えると中程度で、あまり美味しくありませんでした。でも、とても素敵なホテルなので、また利用したいと思います。

部屋はかなり広かったのですが、窓からの眺めは良くありませんでした。チェックインフォームには午前10時のチェックアウトと明記されていましたが、それより遅いチェックインには罰金が課せられました。朝食は普通でした。シャワーとバスタブが一体型なのも気に入りませんでした。キューバストリート沿いにあるので、外食に便利だったのは良かったです。

The staff at reception when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely presented. Considering it is in a busy area it was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future.  The cockatoo named Pickles was very friendly too!!
