its nice place to visit for family but some area is so creepy at night, and they said the monkey steal stuff at night

アンヘレス市は2回目ですが、クイーンズに泊まるのは初めてでした。場所はまさに希望通りで、ジョリビーとウォーキングストリートのすぐ近くです。スタッフはとても親切で助かりました。7階のバーは音楽、プール、ダーツがあり、素敵な眺めと雰囲気でした。唯一気になったのは、4つ星ホテルなのにシャンプーと石鹸がミニボトル1本ずつだったことです。追加でお願いしたら持ってきてくれたので感謝していますし、チップも渡しました。お湯は熱くなかったですが、ウェルカムパックに記載されており、リクエストすれば対応可能とのことでした。また利用したいと思います。

緑豊かで澄んだ空気が特徴の、静かなクラーク地区にある素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフは皆、プロフェッショナルで丁寧、そしてあらゆる場面でゲストを満足させることに尽力しています。スイススタイルのマルクトレストランでは、美味しい朝食に加え、アラカルトメニューも昼夜問わずお楽しみいただけます。5階にあるバー付きのゆったりとしたプールも魅力の一つです。そしてもちろん、カジノも魅力の一つです。ギャンブルをしなくても、きっと楽しめるはずです。

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

スービック中心部の絶好のロケーションにある、素晴らしいモダンなホテルです。アヤラモールの向かいに位置し、周辺には数多くのショップや飲食店が軒を連ねています。開業したばかりのため、ソフトオープン期間中は多少の不具合がありましたが、スタッフの親切でプロフェッショナルな対応には感服しました。アメニティが充実するまでにはもう少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが（プールはまだ準備中です）、料金に見合った素晴らしい客室で、ベッドは快適、シャワーはモダン、Wi-Fiとテレビも充実しています。間違いなくまた利用したいと思います。スービック湾エリアで宿泊するなら、間違いなくここが一番です。

ホテルは清潔で広々としていました！皆で快適に過ごせる広さだったので、姪も部屋を大変気に入っていました。

素晴らしい滞在を過ごせました。スタッフは素晴らしく、温かく迎えてくれ、親切でした。設備も素晴らしく、ベッドもとても快適で、部屋自体も素晴らしかったです。また、プールもとても良く整備されていて、本当に楽しめました。 唯一の問題は、部屋に小さなゴキブリがいたことです。他の滞在は本当に楽しかったので、これは解決できると思います。

とても素敵なホテルで、必要なものがすべて揃った素晴らしい部屋があります。私たちはここでの 1 泊を本当に楽しんだので、また来たいと思います。ホテルの 1 階には素敵なレストランがあります。

私たちは一晩滞在します。1家族につき1部屋のみ選択できます。ビリヤードをプレイできますが、2時間で300ドルほど支払う必要があります。バーベキューグリルを使用できますが、500ドルに加えて保険として1,000ドルを支払う必要があります。チェックアウト後に返金されますが、宿泊料金として150ドルがかかります。

ラス カサス フィリピナス デ アクザールは素敵な場所ですが、良いところも悪いところもあります。 到着したとき、チェックインはスムーズではありませんでした。キーカードが機能せず、部屋に入るまでに 30 ～ 40 分待たなければなりませんでした。さらに、快適に待つ場所さえありませんでした。 フィリピン料理レストランの食事はまあまあでしたが、提供されるものに対して値段が高す​​ぎました。朝食はもっと良かったです。おいしいフィリピン料理がたくさんあり、値段も手頃でした。 ハウスキーピング スタッフとジープニーの運転手は最高でした。本当に親切で助かりました。 私たちの部屋は広く、バスルームも大きくてよかったです。 リゾート周辺にはやることがたくさんあるので、1 泊だけでは十分ではありません。すべてを楽しむには少なくとも 2 日間は必要です。 一番良かったのは、古い家々をすべて見られたことです。まるでタイムスリップしたようで、とても興味深かったです。 全体的に、ラス カサス フィリピナス デ アクサルは、改善の余地がある部分もあるものの、訪れる価値のある素敵な場所です。
