This is the best hotel to stay in Evora. I didn’t expect such a modern and well maintained hotel to be in a small town. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Staff is polite n speaks English. Room facing backwards is quiet and comfortable. We had 309 room n staff said it’s the best room. Parking is underground n secured, free for guests.

私が今まで泊まった中で最高のホステルの1つ!スタッフは信じられないほど親切で、部屋とバスルームはとてもきれいで、テラスとリビングエリアは本当に素晴らしかったです!間違いなくお勧めします!

無料の屋外駐車場付きの2部屋を予約しましたが、大満足でした。ホテルから1kmほど離れたところに大型スーパーマーケット「Lidl」があり、その向かいにはアジア料理のビュッフェレストラン「すき家」があります。1人16.9ユーロで、20日間のスペイン・ポルトガル旅行で最も満足のいく食事でした。エヴォラの寺院と教会はどちらもホテルから数百メートルの距離にあり、とても便利です。朝食もとてもボリュームたっぷりで、5つ星評価です！

Ótimas instalações e um atendimento muito personalizado. Os quartos muito bonitos e as camas bastante confortáveis. Adorámos o pequeno-almoço e a experiência em geral. Foi pouco tempo mas valeu a pena!

O quarto reservado nada teve a ver com o quarto atribuído no check in, no fundo do corredor era um quarto para pessoas com deficiência, a casa de banho muito antiga bem como o quarto, mais parecia um quarto de um hostel ”rasca” do que de um hotel de 3 estrelas.
Pedimos a mudança de quarto e na 2a noite nos foi atribuído outro quarto no piso de cima ,muito melhor mas aquém das expectativas... Casa de banho minúscula e a banheira parecia para crianças.
Cama confortável, sendo a única coisa agradável

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

エボラの西門から200m くらいのところにあります。すぐに場内に入ることができます。9ヶ月前にオーナーが変わったらしく、新しいオペレーションです。お部屋はとても綺麗。広さも十分で長期旅行者にも満足できると思いますが、湯沸かし器がなかったり、リネンをかけるところがなかったりと、もう少しオペレーションに時間が必要かもしれません。とはいえ、価格も十分魅力的で清潔なのでおすすめです。

おすすめホテル。リスボン-マドリードルートに近い清潔で広い駐車場ですが、静かで美しいスイミングプール、ポーランドなどの豊富な朝食、英語に精通したサービス、そしてとてもかわいい、部屋は広くて清潔です。

Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.

TTiagoHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

ゲゲストThe first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

TTiensDoncThis Hotel is AMAZING. You get the feeling the people working there really want you to have a great stay. Immediately, I felt really good in the room. It was cosy. The heated floor in the bathroom is really a plus. The cherry on top are the drinks and little chips for free included in the room!
We stayed for one night but we are planning to come back.
