LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

The staff is very attentive. Just ask and all will be sorted superfast.They would ask whether our needs were being met during our stay.
Its location on Cairo Road makes it easy to visit some of Lusakas iconic sites i.e. the National Museun, Culural Village, and various markets. Area around hotel felt safe.
My thanks to all the staff esp. Reception Luckson and Charity and Mercy in dining area

ゲゲスト予約する前に、これが中国の地元の労働者をホストすることを想像することを目的とした中国経営のホテルであることを知りませんでした。すべてのテレビチャンネルは中国語で、朝食は中華料理で、コーヒーマシンの指示は中国語でした。しかし、スタッフは全員ザンビア人で、とても親切でした。禁煙のホテルと思われましたが、廊下でタバコの臭いが強くなりました。バスルームは「濡れた犬」のようなにおいがし続けました。ホテルには設備はありませんが、幸いなことに隣には素晴らしいバーとレストランがあります。

Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check.
Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement.
Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance.

ゲゲストThe location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. Although the room is somewhat small, it is clean. However, there was no blanket on the bed on the first night, so it felt cold, and I was bitten by insects on the last night.
