このホテルでの滞在は最高でした！到着した瞬間からスタッフの方々は親切で温かく迎えてくださり、部屋は清潔で広々としていてとても快適でした。特に嬉しかったのは、部屋に飲み物がたっぷり入った小型冷蔵庫があったことです。好きな飲み物を自由に取って、チェックアウト時にまとめて支払えるので、とても便利でした。 屋上は間違いなくこのホテルのハイライトでした。息を呑むような絶景が広がり、昼夜を問わずリラックスしたり、写真を撮ったり、景色を楽しんだりするのに最適です。階下には素敵なバーもあり、ホテルから出ることなく、ゆったりとくつろぎながらお酒を楽しむことができます。 素晴らしいサービス、快適さ、そして絶景を求める方には、このホテルを心からお勧めします。次回は必ず友人たちとまた泊まりに来ます！

Meraviglioso hotel da 5 stelle in centro vicino alle principali attrazioni ! La colazione continentale è buonissima: cornetti vari, torte di diverso gusto , frutta fresca di diverso tipo e della migliore qualità e tanto altro! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Il personale è molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

Lovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport

Quarto amplo, limpo e a cama muito confortável. WC com todas as comodidades e produtos muito aromáticos. Pequeno almoço bom e com produtos variados. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos, inclusive com táxi para o aeroporto mais barato e sem custos adicionais. O único ponto “negativo” foi o Wi Fi que falava com frequência. Excelente localização. Mas recomendo!

星5つ – 最高の滞在でした！ スターライト ホテル ティラナで素晴らしい滞在をしました。ホテルはとても清潔で、手入れが行き届いており、温かい雰囲気に包まれています。スタッフは信じられないほどフレンドリーで親切で、いつも笑顔で対応してくれました。心地よい雰囲気のおかげで、快適でリラックスした滞在を楽しむことができました。ティラナを訪れる方には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。間違いなく最高のホテルのひとつです！❤️

ティラナ観光のため、3泊しました。 ホテルは中央広場から約23分のところにあるため、日帰りでホテルに戻り、夕食のために着替えるには少し歩きました。中心部で早めの夕食をとり、夕方にホテルに戻ったので、特に問題はありませんでした。 客室もホテルの他の部分もとても清潔でした。ベッドルームは伝統的な雰囲気でしたが、バスルームはシャワーも快適で、とてもモダンでした。 バーは静かで素敵でした。ホテル内にレストランもありますが、私たちは利用しませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しく、目玉焼き/オムレツ、ソーセージとベーコン、パンとジャム、美味しいフルーツとペストリー、ヨーグルトなどがありました。朝食をしっかり食べたおかげで、日中に食事をとることなく、早めの夕食をとることができました。 ホテルのピックアップに問題があり、米国務長官の到着直前にティラナ空港に到着したため、多くの人が影響を受けました。これはよくあることです。空港への帰り道もホテルが手配してくれたので問題ありませんでした。また、空港ではまだモバイル版の搭乗券の使用が許可されていないため、搭乗券の印刷もしてくれました。 滞在は本当に楽しかったです。中心部まで歩くのが苦にならない限り、ホテルは素晴らしいです。

Очень много минусов начнём с основных если вы блондинка, пожалуйста оденьте шапочку если вы пойдёте в бассейн. У меня пепельный блонд который я добивалась много лет, но после их бассейна мои волосы окрасились в зелёный цвет. Что они добавляют в бассейн я не знаю! В момент заселения при оплате $ наличными, мне сказали мы принимаем либо местную валюту либо €. Я решила оплатить картой, но гостиница сверху взяла 30$, я заметила не сразу но как только заметила написала в техподдержку. Когда техподдержка связалась с гостиницей гостиница отрицала что взяли с меня сверху 30 $. При том что у меня есть чек об оплате на 30 $ больше и плюс банковская выписка. Они отрицали что взяли 30 $ с меня при том что у меня есть все доказательства. Когда же я лично пошла на ресепшен разбираться мне они сказали что это не они взяли 30 $ а они должны были взять 30 $ потому что у них идёт конвертация с доллара на евро с евро на их местную валюту и это конвертация будет стоить 30 $. Но якобы эту сумму выставляет мне банк а не сама гостиница хотя сам счёт выставлен от имени гостиницы. Мне это абсолютно не понравилось. В номерах не было тапочек, кстати они не отрицали что у них нет тапочек. Очень странное поведение персонала. Завтраки у них длятся всего лишь 2 часа и стоит 10€, но почему-то завтрак максимально скудный проще на эту же сумму позавтракать в соседнем кафе.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.
