Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

素晴らしいホテルで、館内設備も充実しています。屋上のバーとプールは特に気に入りました。レストラン、カフェ、屋内バーも併設しています。客室は広々としており、緑豊かな景色を望む専用バルコニーが付いています。スタッフはとても親切でした。

ナビゲーションガイドラインに従って夜に到着しました。黒い光までずっと、私は荒野に行ったと思いました。ホテルはとても素晴らしいです。部屋は2人しか収容できません。 3歳以上の子供は部屋に60元を支払う必要があります。半日価格はほとんど騒がしく、最終価格は40ドルです。部屋の装飾デザインはとてもシンプルで、装飾はほとんどありません。トイレのドアはベッドに面しており、1階の部屋はよりシンプルで、幅1メートルの小さなベッドが2つあり、カーペットはありません。中国では、5つ星の基準とは完全に互換性がありません。

イグアスの滝行きのバスターミナル向かいという絶好のロケーションにあります。 部屋は広くバルコニーもあり、朝食も豊富で、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高いです！ 事前にメールでホテルに連絡すれば、空港送迎やアルゼンチン側のイグアスの滝へのチャーターを手配できます。チャーター料金はリーズナブルで、街のタクシーよりも安いです。 ブラジル側のイグアスの滝へは、バスターミナルでチケットを購入できます。 最後に、ホテルのスタッフの責任感に感謝したいです。チェックアウト時に枕の下に現金の入った小さなポーチを忘れてしまったのですが、ホテルがすぐに連絡してくれたおかげで、紛失を防ぐことができました！スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta. Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Номер был чистым и уютным. Вежливый персонал на ресепшене и в ресторане. Завтраки очень вкусные и полноценные. Автовокзал с 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Рекомендую данный отель для проживания.

Hotel Lillian is conveniently located less than a five minute walk to the bus station. There are lots of restaurants around and it's walkable to do a lot of the attractions in town. The staff was extremely helpful with information and cheerfully answered all of my questions, even lending me an electrical adapter. The room was adequate and a decent value, but a bit outdated. The breakfast is fairly bland, consisting only of coffee, juice, and various pastries. All in all, a good stay!
