Gutes Frühstück Hilfsbereites freundliches Personal Vorhand hält nicht das ganze Licht ab, Evtl Augenklappe mitnehmen falls sie empfindlich sind und sonst um 5am aufwachen

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr rudimentär und einfach. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Sehr laut war auch die Klimaanlage, so dass sie während der Nacht leider nicht betrieben werden konnte. Für das Duschgel stand einfach eine Flasche auf dem Boden in der Dusche.. Das Frühstück war abwechselungsreich und gut.

Stayed at this hotel for a europa league football fixture.Good location for the ground a 20min walk or regular trams a 2min walk away that also take you into the city centre. Room was very comfortable,tea & coffee making facilities,free safe and wonderful bed.Would highly recommended this hotel.😊

Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz. Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed. Very nice gym with the view. Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking. Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

メイン駅と旧市街から1.5 kmsの隣。専用バスルーム付きのとても素敵で日当たりの良い部屋。電子レンジ、やかん、冷蔵庫のあるきれいなキッチン。とても素敵なスタッフ。残念ながら寮の中にロッカーはありませんでした、他のすべては素晴らしかったです!!!

場所は非常に便利で、約3-5minsグラッツメイン駅から徒歩です。荷物や荷物が多い場合は良い サービスは平均的でした-ホテルのスタッフは、ティクトークのビデオを撮影しているため、チェックインできる前に10分待つように言われました。しかし、合計30分待った-チェックイン時間がすでに20分過ぎていたので、改善できると思います 部屋は全体的にきれいでしたが、トイレのレイアウトを改善することができます。ドアがあっても水が簡単に漏れ、バスルームから流れ出す可能性があります 食べ物は悪くなく、選択は適切で、サービススタッフはすぐにプレートをクリアしました

ホテルは良い環境、フレンドリーなフロントデスクサービス、鉄道駅に非常に近く、徒歩500メートル、屋内と屋外のスイミングプール、スパがあります。

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

The location is good but the toilet and shower are not in same area with one door only.
