私たちが予約した部屋にはアメニティの説明にジャグジーがあるはずでしたが、そこに着いたとき、彼らはこのホテルにジャグジーがないと言いました。だから私たちは残念ながら流れに従わなければなりませんでした。結局、バスタブになったジャグジー付きの部屋にお金を払いました。正直に言うと、誰がそれを責めるべきかわかりません。部屋はとても小さかった。そして、メンテナンスは最高ではありませんでした(私たちが到着して以来、トイレとバスタブは詰まっていて、それを修正するためにメンテナンスを呼び出さなければなりませんでした)。サービスは良かった。そして人は親切でした。しかし、このホテルに滞在する場合は、その周りのほとんどすべてが 5 で閉まっていることを知っておく必要があります。 5 時以降に水を汲むことすらできません。

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

ツインルームでしたが、部屋はかなり狭かったです。ただ、ベッド幅が1.35mあったのは良かったです。シャワーの水圧が信じられないほど弱く、女性が髪を洗うのに40分もかかるほどでした。どれだけ弱いか想像してみてください！ ホテルの立地は最高でした。私たちは公共交通機関を利用しませんでしたが、ホテルのすぐ外に駅があり、非常に便利です。市内の観光スポットはすべて徒歩で回れて、とても楽しかったです。ただ、ホテルが市内中心部にあるため、パトカーや救急車、消防車のサイレンが常に聞こえていました。 最初、1泊3,500円だったのが突然1,500円に下がったのはなぜか分かりませんが、それはそれで良かったです。

バスタオルが無料だったのは驚きでした。宿泊した4人部屋にはエアコンとプライバシーカーテンがあり、とても快適でした。夜も静かで、途中で2人来ましたが、全体的に非常に静かでした（いびきの大きい人に出会わなかったからかもしれません）。とても良い体験でしたし、シャワーやトイレも便利で、衛生的にも比較的きれいでした。チェックアウト後に気づいたのですが、トロント大学にとても近く、チャイナタウンに位置しているので中国語の看板がたくさんありました。

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

最初は部屋のキーパッドの電池切れでしたが、スタッフはとても親切で、すぐに別の部屋を用意してくれました。待ち時間もありませんでした。 スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。 観光客の喧騒から離れた、完璧なホテルです。 敷地内の駐車場は別途15ドルかかります。 部屋は清潔で快適です。 部屋には喫煙や嫌な臭いはありません。 バルコニー付きの部屋からは景色が楽しめます。 景色には川と滝の一部が見えます。 素晴らしいホテルですが、週末は料金が高くなります。それ以外は大手ホテルよりも優れています。 安心して過ごせるホテルでした。

スタッフはフレンドリーでチェックインに便利でした。部屋は予想通りで、トラックとトレーラーの駐車場を提供しました。全体的に私は良い経験をしました。

健康： ホテル内は衛生面も特に問題なく、とても清潔感があり、環境はとても良かったです。 仕える： 早朝の電話や車の配達、戸別訪問などの対応はありますが、スタッフの対応があまり丁寧ではないといつも感じます。荷物は自分で上の階まで押していく必要があります（モントリオールからオタワに移動するので、箱を4つ持ってきました） 車に電話した後、車がいつ到着するか、ナンバープレートの番号は教えられません。 施設： 設備は整っておらず、使い捨てスリッパや歯ブラシカップなどの掃除用品もありません。クイーンサイズの部屋にはコーヒーマシンが備わっていますが、埃っぽくて使用できないので、宿泊する場合は必要なものを自分で準備することをお勧めします。

トロント空港に近く、交通の便も良く、何よりも無料シャトルバスがあり、ホテルから空港まで行くゲストにとって特に便利です。事前に予約することをお勧めします。部屋は適度な広さで、清潔で整頓されていて快適でした。

The hotel looks like a fancy mountain lodge. Everything was very clean and the room was incredibly spacious. 15 minute walk to the incline railway down to the falls. Excellent on site restaurant.
