Pros - The room was recently renovated, clean - The shower was excellent - The hotel was quiet - The pool area was alright, clean - The breakfast was fairly tasty - We had no problem finding parking after coming and going Cons - The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees. - Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt. - The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night

これはリマソルの素晴らしいプロパティです。ビーチのすぐそばにあります。海の見える部屋(3階)からの素晴らしい眺め。とても素敵で清潔なプロパティ。部屋はモダンで、必要なすべての設備が整っていました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。素敵な朝食の広がりはボーナスのようなものでした!このホテルは、空港エクスプレスのピックアップ停留所からラナーナ空港までの5-10minドライブにも位置しています。

Очень хороший отель 4*, мне очень понравился. От аэропорта ехать около часа, от моря прилично, минут 25-30 пешком. Можно доехать до набережной на такси при желании. Расположен в относительно тихом месте, что располагает к релаксу. Я очень люблю небольшие отели, он как раз такой, очень уютный. В номерах есть все необходимое, все работало, было чисто. Завтраки на 5!Есть и свежие фрукты, сыры разные, выжатые соки, очень вкусный кофе.

KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is. Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests. I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working. We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while. For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream. It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

BBec5The hotel was very nice a little old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was extra blankets which I needed as it was very cold weatger. Breakfast was very nice cooked eggs with ham cheese and tomato as well as toast cereal and tea and coffee. Very nice views from the balconyVery pleasant stay. thank you

ゲゲストAll was good but when I check out at last. I forget one item in the room. When I went to the room to take that item. Housekeeping was already there but she removed the package/she tore it. Housekeeping are doesn't allowed to remove the package until 1 day of the customer didn't came. Everything was good . Only this one was not accepted . Next time please don't follow this . Not with others. Thank you

SSaskiaホテルはとてもきれいでとても中心部でしたが、眠るのに静かでした。リマソルに来ると、間違いなくまたそこに滞在します!ベッドはとても快適で、部屋は居心地が良かったです。 私たちが気に入らなかった唯一のことは、大人専用のホテルであるため、予約しました。しかし、ホテルに滞在しない人はブランチに来て子供たちを連れてくることができるので、実際には大人だけではありません。朝食をとっている間に、3人の子供が飛び跳ねて走り回って叫びました。両親はブランチを楽しんでいて、まったく気にしませんでした。両親からはかなり失礼だと思います(子供をコントロールできない場合は非常に利己的ですが、他のゲストを気にしません)、ホテルは少なくとも何かを言うことができました。あなたが広告で大人専用のホテルですが、朝食中に子供たちが飛び回っている場合、これは言及することができます。私たちはレセプションにそれについて知らせます。

ゲゲストWe took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

ゲゲストHotel was great. Location was great. Breakfast was great. However, one complaint. I forgot my charger in the room. I contacted the hotel to see if it was possible to ship it to me. They said they’d look and get back to me. I never heard from the again, even after I sent a follow-up message regarding the issue. Not a big loss but frustrating they couldn’t communicate.
