The hotel had a great location and was only a 1km walk to the cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful.
Just beware of the airport taxis. It was only a 5-6 min ride, but the price was 16 euros. I asked the front desk about this and they said it’s the standard rate. But if you use Cabify it’s only 5 euros.

Insgesamt zufrieden. Die Aussicht war, nicht wie auf den Fotos zu sehen Richtung Hafen, sondern auf der anderen Seite zur Wohngegend, was aber bezüglich der Lautstärke sogar besser war.
Das Frühstück könnte für ein 4 Sterne Hotel abwechslungsreicher sein. Sehr schade auch, dass es für Kaffee nur Nespresso Kapsel Maschinen gibt.

Hôtel impeccable, personnel super gentil, petit déjeuner super varié avec la possibilité de déjeuner jusqu'à 11h nickel pour la grasse mat 😅super bien placé en pied de la plage. Pour se déplacer à proximité vous pourrez y trouver des vélos avec l application nextbike facile à utiliser. 'je recommande super séjour 👍👍

High quality hotel situated in a very good location easily within walking distance to the beaches and local restaurants and bars. Room was clean and well appointed with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and efficient. No problem recommending this hotel. The outside look of the hotel is not particularly attractive but inside it is what one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

朝10時頃に到着しましたが、すぐに部屋を用意してもらえ助かりました。私達のリクエストでアルタミラ洞窟までの往復タクシーを手配してくれました。私達がサンタンデールを訪れたのはその洞窟が目的でした。どうやって洞窟まて行こうか悩んでいましたが、おかげで素敵な体験ができました。ホテルから徒歩圏内にオシャレな服屋がたくさんあります。時間があれば港まで散歩するのも良いでしょう。本当に良い1日が過ごせて私達はサンタンデールが大好きになりました。

ゲゲストアパートからは野原の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。とても静かで清潔です。大きなキングサイズのベッドはとても快適です。専用ジャグジーは素晴らしいです。ただし、メインホテルとは完全に隔離されているため、朝食、レストラン、チェックアウトのために屋外に行く必要があります。チェックアウト時に大雨が降っていたので、少し混雑しています。すべての荷物、ビンバッグ、傘を同時に管理するのは難しいです。アパートの宿泊料金はホテルスパヴィラよりもはるかに高いですが、サービスとアメニティは少なくなりました。例えば、ハウスキーピングは含まれていなかったので、私たちは自分で屋外の収集ポイントにビンバッグを投げる必要があります。したがって、温泉プールはスパヴィラよりもはるかに小さく、特に家族や子供がたくさんいた週末には、公共プールよりも混雑していました。すべての子供たちは、子供のプールではなく、大人用のプールを使用するのが好きでした!お金の価値はありません。早朝のフライトだったので、チェックアウトの日の午前7時に朝食をリクエストしました。スタッフの一人が拒否し、8-11amであるレストランのタイムテーブルに従わなければならないと言いました。翌日、別の女性、レイチェルに尋ねました。彼女はとても親切で親切で、カフェとコミュニケーションを取り、午前7時に卵、コーヒー、水、果物で朝食を手配してくれました。レイチェルは素晴らしく、ホテルには最高のカスタマーサービスを提供してくれた彼女のようなより多くのスタッフが必要です。

ゲゲストThe hotel is very basic and functional but feels tired overall. The room was clean on the surface, but the floor was dusty; I knelt down to unpack on arrival and my trousers picked up a lot of visible dirt, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. The lighting throughout the room is very bright white, which makes it hard to relax in the evenings. There are no softer or warmer lighting options. Amenities are minimal. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray, which would normally be expected by international travellers. The furniture and fittings feel dated, and while everything worked, the room lacked comfort. The bathroom was clean but very utilitarian, and the overall impression is of an older hotel that hasn’t been fully refreshed. Acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or relaxation.

El servicio de restaurante deja que desear, camareros lentos y la comida (cena: o Buffet o carta) escasa y no te dejan cambiar 1 ingrediente por otro. El servicio del buffet muy amables. El desayuno buffet normalito tirando a escaso para ser un 4 estrellas. El spa una maravilla, mejor de lo esperado. 4 estrellas escaso a mi parecer, siendo el norte de España

MMARIO ANDREI find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure.
The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

AAntonyLovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .

LLJanWe were happy with our stay at Hotel Citrea and it was convenient for the town and rail/bus stations. The room was well styled and designed and the shower was excellent. Our twin bedded room had 2’6” beds so these felt a bit small but the bedding was good. We had a kettle, cups & tea tray in the room. 2 chairs and table made it comfortable. Sound proofing wasn’t the best but still good value, The staff gave very good customer service.
