Overall very good and location is super near to the main train station and walkable distance to the center.
They upgraded our room to a bigger room for extra 5€ and it was nice.
Everyone we talked to was pleasant and very helpful.
It's rather a 3-star hotel.
Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor.
Clean, but dated rooms.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel.
A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.
- friendly staff
- parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free
- breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that
- restaurant and rooftop bar was closed
Great location, spotless rooms, and amazing staff — perfect for a short stay!
I stayed at the B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for one night while in Alicante for a business trip, and it was exactly what I needed — comfortable, convenient, and easy.
My flight from London was delayed, so I emailed the hotel from the plane worried I wouldn’t make check-in. The staff replied immediately, reassuring me that they have 24-hour check-in, which was such a relief. When I arrived a couple of hours later, the night staff were lovely — welcoming, friendly, and made check-in effortless. There’s also unlimited coffee from a machine downstairs, which is always a win after a long travel day!
The lobby décor was modern and fresh, and my room was simple but spacious, with two twin beds pushed together (perfect setup). The bathroom layout was semi-open but still private, and everything was spotless. The shower was great, water pressure strong, and I loved being able to connect my phone to the smart TV — a nice modern touch.
The view from my window looked out over rooftops, and it felt private, which I appreciated. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast the next morning was buffet style with a good continental spread — fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, and a few hot options. It was exactly what I needed to start the day. Staff in the morning were just as friendly and helpful as the night before.
I stayed to work for a few hours from my room and later from the reception area, which had plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is ideal — there’s a supermarket right next door, and it’s only a short walk to the waterfront and central city area, which makes it easy to explore before moving on.
The only small downside was the minimal furniture in the room — it could use an extra chair or two — but for a short or overnight stay, it’s more than comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and affordable base to rest, refuel, and explore the city. I’ll happily stay again next time I’m passing through Alicante!
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis Alicante. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers easy access to the city centre and the beach, making it ideal for both short stays and transit. The rooms were clean and functional, with all the essentials needed for a relaxing night. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer assistance with directions and transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast had a decent variety, including both hot and cold options. The lounge area was quiet and a nice place to unwind. Overall, Ibis Alicante provides great value for money and is a reliable choice for travellers looking for simple, clean, and well-located accommodation in Alicante.

CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
IIlsonwolfAlways use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!
