Positives: - Young lady on reception super friendly, helpful and professional. - Requested teapot and fresh milk for room and provided efficiently with a smile.  - Issue with dirty bed linen dealt with professionally and apologetically, room changed offered but declined. Negatives: - Both twin bed sheets were dirty. One covered in mould or grease. The dirt did not look fresh but still I find this disgusting and unacceptable in any hotel of any standard.  - Lady on checkout abrupt and unpleasant.

Beautiful location in the heart of Oban. The majority of everything at walking distance, dint really need to use my car. The views were worth the trip to Oban. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful too. Unfortunately, they don't own much space for parking and being such a popular destination parking can get slightly awkward.

Location was convenient - a little off the busiest part of the town but still walkable especially to the pier and restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

間違った日付を予約したので、滞在について話すことはできません。見つけた直後、オイスターインに電話してキャンセルしましたが、Trip.comを使用したので、何もできないと言いました。 Trip.comでキャンセルし、メッセージは、FOCをキャンセルしても問題ないかどうかを確認するためにホテルに連絡したと言いました。trip.comによると、応答が来なかったので、予約がキャンセルされませんでした。それ以来、私の予約は「完了」しています。翌日ホテルに連絡して、なぜキャンセルを承認しなかったのかと尋ねたところ、trip.comはキャンセルを承認するのではなく、単に情報を求めただけだと言いました。誰が嘘をついていますか? 言うまでもなく、私はtrip.comを再び使用せず、Obanの他の場所に滞在することにしました。

Everthing was fine until I checked out in the morning, when the receptionist, told me I had an outstanding payment of £28 to pay, due to the fact that my card had been declined. I pointed out that payment was made to trip.com, using my debit card over a month ago, and that the payment had been taken from my bank. The receptionist then called the manager, who informed me that the hotel had not received payment, because my payment card had been declined, luckily I had the receipt, which was clearly marked as paid. I also said that my card could not have been declined, as payment had been debited from my bank account, they then said they woud look in to the situation, as trip.com had not paid them. The whole situation was very disturbing, and therefore I will not be using trip.com again

The hotel was ideally located and featured a modern, stylish interior. The only drawback was the breakfast offering, we would have preferred a buffet option for greater variety and convenience.

Loch long Hotel could be a lot cleaner. However, what really spoiled my stay was UK.trip.com. After I .ade the booking trip.com announced that the booking could not be varied. Then a couple of days before the due date, another anouncement about a £50 up front payment. Trip.com left a sour taste in my mouth Annoyed Gordon McDonald

鉄道駅に近い絶好のロケーション。多くのプラスポイントがありますが、ホテルは部分的に時代遅れで、部屋のカーペットの床は不安定だったので、旅行や怪我をしないように注意しなければなりませんでした。レセプションのスタッフJamieは快適で最も親切で、チェックイン前の夜に電話をかけたNicolaもそうでした。朝食はよりバラエティに富み、新鮮な果物を提供することで、食べ物を改善することができます。 割り当てられた部屋は私が期待したものではありません。より良い部屋が割り当てられたら、再び滞在します。
