イギリスレスターシャーで、朝食のあるホテル

グランドは大規模な改修プログラムの真ん中にあります。娘の卒業の両側に2泊4部屋を予約しました。事前にホテルに説明したので、美容室などを一緒に閉じておくことができました。 まず、現代的な改装の中で見事なオリジナルの特徴を備えた美しい建物です。見事な公共エリア、簡単な駐車場(駐車場はv tattyですが)。最高のサービススタッフ - すべてのリクエストに対応し、娘に無料の駐車場をプレゼントしました。誰もが楽しくて親切で効果的でした。バーは素晴らしく、素晴らしいサービスと飲み物でした。朝食は豪華でした-質の高い食材で多種多様で、美しく提示されました。部屋はシンプルながら豪華でした。 V 素敵なバスルーム、快適なベッド、素敵なシャワー製品。 悪い-エアコンが効かなかったため、私たち二人は部屋を変えなければなりませんでした。残念ながら、私の部屋は33度を超える熱で最悪で、美容師が到着したときはさらに暑かったです。暑さで眠れませんでした。私の友人は、メンテナンスの問題で到着する前にすでに部屋を変更していましたが、彼女の新しい部屋にはエアコンがまったくありませんでした。4つ星はすべての部屋のエアコン(50%のみ)がそれを持っているという意味ではないことを知っておく価値があります。バックアップを必要とする後、私たちは新しい部屋を割り当てられました。私の友人の部屋はアップグレードされた部屋でした。私の部屋はそうではありませんでしたが、エアコンはほとんど許容できるレベルに機能しました。つまり、娘/彼氏と彼女の兄弟が楽しんだ「冷蔵庫」の温度に近いものは何もありません。 チェックアウト時に朝食後にマネージャーと話しました。彼も魅力的で、私の苦情を完全に受け入れました。 本質的には、”ビルド”はまだ起こっていると彼は、障害のある問題を報告しています. ディネスティーブビルドは悪夢になる可能性があることを考えると, 彼は、この、はるかに大きなビルドを調整しようとしているので、私の同情をしました, 人が邪魔して. 私は6mthsで再訪したいと思います - 彼らがしていることの多くが素晴らしいので - それはまだかなりそこにあります...しかしそれは素晴らしいでしょう!

From walking into the hotel to checking in I was greeted by pleasant and nice staff, helpful and cheerful. Stayed in the bar for a quick drink before going to the room and the bar and restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. Was nice to see it being used by others staying at the hotel for evening meal.  Lift wasn’t working but the stairs to my floor wasn’t an issue, I travelled light. The room I booked was a double room, which was clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed. Perfect location by the station and close enough to the shops and bars in the city itself.

The hotel was clean as was our room. The only thing was when we arrived and went to our room it was very cold. On phoning reception they told us how to put the heating on, when I asked about why it wasn’t on they said because of safety concerns. As it was we went out leaving the heater on, but if we had been a few hours later then we would have had to go to bed in a very cold room.  So that wasn’t good! We didn’t use any of the facilities, so can’t really comment on this.

Trip.com は一度に 2 件の予約を作成し、1 つの部屋に対して 2 倍の料金を支払わなければならず、返金されませんでした。Trip.com は私のせいだと言って、基本的に嘘をついて私のお金を保持しているなんて、恥ずべきことです。

場所は素晴らしいです!劇場やショッピングエリアまで徒歩10分。 ファサードは清潔で魅力的で、建物に入ると、バー/レストランエリアは本当に素晴らしい要素を提供します。 シングルベッド2台を押し合わせたダブルルームなので、伸びる余地がありませんでした。 キッチンには洗剤やスポンジが付いていないので、どうやって掃除するかが少し混乱しました。 トイレは素敵でしたが、便座を上げてから、便器は黄色い液体で満たされていました。フラッシングで簡単に解決できます。 シャワーは素晴らしかった、私は外に出たくなかった。 部屋は防音対策が施されていないので、私のような寝心地が悪い場合は、耳栓を必ず持って行きましょう。 全体として、私はTripの部屋に80ポンドを支払いました。他のサイトでは140ポンドを請求していたので、お得な料金になったと思います。私は私が得たもののために支払いました。

The place advertised was miss leading, as the hotel it self is in a building next to this huge house that is advertised. The bedroom and bathroom was good, clean and tidy. Service on arrival poor. No information given. The evening meal and breakfast was definitely not good. We would not eat there again. Very poor. Waited an hour for a poor meal. As we waited so long for our food, was 2 minutes late entering the swimming pool. Last entry at 8pm, we got there 2 min past, was told sorry closed. After asking to speak to the manager was allowed in. Which the pool was nice and warm. Overall not a very good experience. Sorry will not be returning.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express East Midlands Airport and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the airport, which made my early flight much easier. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast had a good variety and was well organised. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable option for anyone travelling through East Midlands Airport.

The hotel is nice with a touch of character. Breakfast was about average for a conference hotel, although the drinks machine was broken so hot water jugs were provided as an alternative, tea was cold! My room had windows that could not be opened, very poor water pressure in the shower water pressure so took ages to wash my hair. The TV remote was missing and the TV was a cheap hair that wouldn't stand up properly and the sound was awful. It was a twin room with only 1 bedside LED light which was quite dark. I arrived with not enough time yo order dinner. When I asked about other nearby restaurants, the receptionist struggled to provide much help. All in all a reasonable hotel for a 1 night stop over but has a generally cheap feel about it. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.
