stayed overnite room was excellent, reception person was friendly, i was a bit disappointed as i thought it had a bar, and restaurant on site. however there are several fine eateries and bars next door.. would I stay there again.. definitely

清潔で良い場所。ビーチのすぐそば。強いサービス意識。私たちが入居する前に、上司はすでに暖房をオンにしていました、それはとても思いやりがありました。駐車スペースがあります。バスルームの設備は少し古いですが、生活には影響しません。

美しい大きな 1 ベッドルーム ユニットで、とてもきれいで、2 台のテレビ (ベッドルームに 1 台) があります。スパバス付きの広いバスルーム、良いシャワー。簡易キッチンには、簡単な料理に必要なものがすべて揃っています。ベッドは快適で、電気毛布はプラスです。バルコニーからの街の景色と正面のベランダからの山の景色はとても楽しいです。素敵なフレンドリーなホストレディは、私たちの滞在をさらに楽しくします。場所も中心部にあり、簡単にドライブ/ウォークイン/アウトできます。それを愛した。強くお勧めします。

Nice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.

Brilliant place, very big room with a kitchen as well. Absolutely great after hours service as well. We arrived late and told the hotel before and the reception still came out of the back room to help us and recommended us with great spots to go visit and great dinner places as well. Had too short a stay at this place, will definitely come back for a longer visit. They even have a bathtub!!

The hotel restaurant is great, lovely food all day. Deserts in the afternoon on the terrace with soaking up the sun in their comfy Beach chairs was a highlight. The hotel deco is funky and refreshingly arty! The pool could do with an upgrade, some greenery, and extended art be nice. All in all a great hotel roth lovely friendly service.

ボクシング・デーに2日間、ホテル・ネルソンに滞在しました。ネルソンの中心部にとても近く、街の中心部まで歩いて13～14分ほどで食事ができます。チェックイン・チェックアウトもとてもスムーズでした。部屋の設備も充実していて、調理用の電磁調理器、基本的な食器、ヘアドライヤー（風はそれほど強くありませんが）などがありました。ホテルにはプールもあり、とても快適でした。 ネルソンで素敵な滞在ができました！電磁調理器、食器、調理器具など、必要なものはすべて揃っています。シャワーの水圧も良く、スタッフもとても親切でした。ネルソン旅行に滞在する方にはぜひおすすめします！

このホテルは、請求書の混乱のためには、あらゆる面で5つ星を私に与えました。ホテルは、すべての公平さで本当に良いです。清潔で、合理的に広々としていて、味わい深く装飾されています。もっと重要なのは、すべてがあります!すべてのキッチンウェア、洗濯機、ドライヤーなどはすべて部屋自体にあります。長い旅行旅程にある私たちに最適です。強くお勧めします。ただし、チェックアウト後、すでに前払いした夜に請求されました。私が電子メールで連絡したとき、応答はありませんでした電話で、受付係は彼女が何もできないと言った。マネージャーだけがそれを処理することができ、彼は日曜日にのみ来ます。日曜日には電話を通すことができませんでした。だから私はTrip.comエージェントから助けを受けています。これまでのところ、この問題はまだ解決されていません。すぐに解決でき、過料を返金できることを願っています。

The owner Harry was very good and friendly. Room was clean and modern. Basic cooking amenities provided. Pots and pans. Only comment is the shower curtain should be longer to avoid shower water spread all over the toilet
