Tout est parfait pour nous !

Good experience in general. It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city. Pillows were comfortable. Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m. As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach). Although room service had been done every day, it's hard to say that we got an impression that our room was clean. Also worth mentioning a night bar in the next hotel: one night very loud music played until midnight, and we heard it very well from floor 4 with the balcony doors closed. We didn't face a lot of problems in low season, but I'd say the parking looks a little bit small given the hotel is full.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in coppia e, nel complesso, è stata una bella esperienza. La struttura è molto piacevole e sicuramente il suo punto di forza più grande è la splendida vista sul mare, insieme alla infinity pool, davvero bellissima e perfetta per rilassarsi. Detto questo, personalmente non lo definirei proprio un hotel luxury. La suite che ci è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa e impeccabilmente pulita, ma l’arredamento e il décor ci sono sembrati un po’ datati e in stile “2010”, quindi non particolarmente moderni o all’altezza di quello che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di lusso. Un altro piccolo inconveniente è stato il check-in: abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa due ore oltre l’orario previsto prima di poter avere la camera. Abbiamo però apprezzato il fatto che ci sia stato offerto un late check-out come compensazione, gesto che abbiamo sicuramente gradito. Nel complesso, comunque, siamo stati bene. È un posto molto bello, con una vista spettacolare e un’atmosfera ideale per staccare dalla routine e concedersi qualche giorno di relax. Con qualche aggiornamento agli interni e una maggiore attenzione ai tempi del check-in, potrebbe essere davvero un’esperienza di livello superiore.

素晴らしいホテルです。ホテルの場所は特に良く、環境は美しいです。バルコニーからは日の出と日の入りを見ることができます。ホテルには専用のビーチがあり、とても静かです。ホテルは旧市街に非常に近く、マディーナまで徒歩20分です。サービスは温かく思いやりがあります。最高のものはレストランです。ホテルのダブルルームでは、2人用の特別な豊富な朝食と夕食を無料で提供しています。要するに、すべてが予想を超えており、特にお勧めです

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?
