チュニジアチュニス県で、朝食のあるホテル

It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.

ホテルはせいぜい3つ星に設定されていますが、安全性が最優先事項です。朝食は平均的です。イスラム諸国の環境と食糧は褒められません。チュニジア空港からこのホテルまでの料金はわずか20ディナールですが、空港のレンタル料金が低すぎて50ディナールかかります。特にホテルの駐車タクシーの運転手は、だまされたときの苦情を避けるために写真を撮り、保管する必要があります。嘘つきのタクシー免許番号を発行しました。このうそつきの車に乗らないでください。

Cela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.

チュニス旧市街の奥にあるので、イヤでも旧市街内を歩くことになるので、旧市街の散策が好きな人にはとても良いだろう。一方で、旧市街は簡単には車は入れないようなので、タクシーで宿の目の前まで行くのは困難と思われます。 施設は新しいものではないが、清掃は行き届いており清潔感が感じられました。トイレ・シャワーは共有ですが、汚らしさはありませんでした。タイルの模様にとても癒されました。 スタッフの人は皆さん笑顔で対応してくれるので、とても良かったです。 私が泊まった部屋は、筒抜けのロビーのすぐ上だったので、ロビーでの話し声はよく聞こえました。また人が帰ってくるたびに扉を開けてもらうためにチャイムを鳴らすので、その音もよく聞こえました。私はあまり音を気にせずに寝れるし、ゆとりを持った旅だったので特に気にせず寝れましたが、完全な静かさを求めるなら注意が必要かもしれません。 WIFIは、恐らく発信元が１Fにあるのでしょう。ロビーではよくつながりましたが、２Fの客室ではアンテナは立ちましたがよく途切れました。現地データSIMの容量を多めにしていたので部屋では主にはテザリングを使いました。 朝食は、パン、ドーナッツ、トマト、キュウリ、ニンジン、ゆで*などでした。食事バランスは悪くなかったし、量も自分で調整できました。

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

チュニスの鉄道駅近くにあり、交通の便は良いがホテルが路地に位置しているため少しわかりにくい。 近くにはローカルな市場やスーパー、少し歩けばカフェなどが並ぶチュニスのメインストリートがあり、メディナの入口となるフランス門へも10分弱と観光にも便利。 部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫が無いこと以外はひと通り設備も揃っている。朝食はワンパターンなので、連泊だと飽きてしまうかも。

アンバサダーズ・ホテルでの滞在は大変快適でした。サービスはきめ細やかでプロフェッショナルで、スタッフはどんなリクエストにも常に応えてくれました。滞在中、温かく迎え入れられ、快適に過ごせるよう配慮してくれました。 施設はよく整備されており、リラックスしたひとときを過ごすために必要なものがすべて揃っていました。客室は清潔で快適、そして素敵な内装で、くつろげる居心地の良い空間でした。ロビーやラウンジなどの共用エリアも、魅力的で上品なデザインでした。 食事に関しては、ホテルでは朝食のみをいただきましたが、大変満足のいくものでした。朝食は種類豊富で、選択肢も豊富でした。料理の質は素晴らしく、新鮮な食材と丁寧に調理された料理が使われていました。特にペストリーの品揃えと新鮮なフルーツが気に入りました。ダイニングエリアは快適で落ち着いた雰囲気で、一日の始まりにぴったりでした。 全体的に、アンバサダーズ・ホテルでの滞在は楽しく、素晴らしいサービス、快適な設備、そして満足のいく朝食を堪能できました。

ラマダン中に訪問したため、現地スタッフにとっては大変な時期でしたが、それでもすべて、すべての人が私たちの期待に応えてくれました。朝食時に毎日とても親切で歓迎してくれた Houcine さんに特に感謝し、毎日朝食ビュッフェに行くのが楽しかったです。

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍 The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.
