The affordable price reflects the hotel’s desperate need for renovations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though it’s marked as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled ok but the window was broken, the bathroom toilet & shower were chipped and stained, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable (just felt like an old mattress). The hallway carpets don’t look like they’re ever vacuumed. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it appeared to offer waffles, juice, and some assorted muffins & fruit. The staff was nice.

Hands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms. Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also. Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke. They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby. We will be staying here again.

booked a room with 2 queen sized beds for 3 days. called 3 days before hand and spoke to Diedra (?) and told her that because of mobility issues I would like a room towards the west end of the property. She was very accommodating and said has she would be the one to do the room assignments she would make a note to make sure it was handled. When we arrived, the night auditor, Robert, acted somewhat put out and acted like he was doing us a favor by ”finding” us a room in the requested area...when we entered the room it had 1 king sized bed and we were too tired from the drive to go back and request a change. The tub/shower was impossible for me to use because it was too high and there we no handles to use. Again, mobility issues was mentioned and obviously ignored. The used dental flossers in the cubby under the nightstand was nice as well as the garbage pickup right outside our room at 6:45 am Friday morning.

フェアブリッジは古いホテルのように見えますが、管理はそれを清潔で維持し、部屋の更新(仕上げ、家具、デジタルPTACなど)に取り組んできました。私の一晩の滞在は快適で、部屋は清潔でよくまとめられました。このサイズのプロパティのための無料の朝食は、2つのゴールデンモルトワッフルメーカー、冷たいとインスタントホットシリアル、ゆで卵、フルーツ(今年のこの時期のリンゴ)、コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、少なくとも1つのジュースの選択で十分でした。ホテルは滞在の夜は静かでしたが、元の建設の年齢を考えると、防音は現在の基準に達する可能性は低いため、外部の干渉に過度に敏感な場合は、適切な選択ではないかもしれません。スキーシーズンのピーク。しかし、私たちにとっては絶対に満足です。

チェックインは午後3時でした。午後5時15分に到着しました。 ホテルの地図やホテル周辺に駐車場はありません。ホテルのレイアウトを細かくするのに15分かかりましたが、役に立ちませんでした。 中古の部屋に入った。午後5時30分までに誰も掃除しませんでした 私はそれをきれいにするのに少なくとも30分かかると言われました。マネージャーは、より高い労働者について不平を言った(私の問題ではありません)。 部屋の電話はメッセージのために赤信号を点滅させていましたが、メッセージはありませんでした。フロントデスクの人が、それが正しく機能していないことを確認するためにやって来て、部屋から電話を取り出しました。 水槽に水が滴り、騒音を静めるために手タオルを水槽に入れます。 ホテルから100フィート以内のハーレーデイビッドソンバーと騒音は夜のほとんどを部屋に響かせました。 良いことは、スタッフが聞いて応答し、朝食でした。バナナはすぐに行きました。

多くのレストランやショップまで徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーション。公共エリアはきれいに設計され、きれいでした。部屋はきれいだったし、私たちはミニ簡易キッチンに快適に驚いた。子供たちはプールを本当に楽しんだ。プールの余分なタオルに感謝しました。欠点は、プールの底がかなり荒かったことです。牽引の必要性はありますが、子供の足を生でこすりました。ホットタブはありませんでした。ホテル付属の駐車場は一般公開されているので、ダウンタウンで人気のイベント(大晦日のポテトドロップ)がある場合は、外出時にガレージが満室になります。そのガレージに駐車するために前払いしたとしても、駐車する別の場所を見つけなければなりません。

I think the maids need to ask if a guest is in need of anything, when they don’t have to clean the room daily. I know that they didn’t ask at all . So the guest is then responsible to ask for extra towels or toilet paper. It only takes a minute to make sure the guest has enough towels & anything else.

This is a fantastic hotel. It opened in December. We stayed here prior to flying out of Spokane on our way to Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel (which charges several hundred dollars per nights stay) The Hyatt hotel in Post Falls was MUCH nicer, cleaner and WAY more affordable than the higher priced hotel in Nashville! Very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included with the stay but is also more affordable at $11 per person than the Opryland Hotel at $36 per person!! The closest airport is about 2 hours away from us so we will definitely plan to stay here again prior to flying out of Spokane International. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
