Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

Wij hadden een verzoek ingediend voor een inloopdouche. De standaard melding was we kunnen u niet met zekerheid zeggen of dit lukt. Wij vragen dit zomaar. Een bad in- of uitstappen is gezien onze leeftijd niet praktisch. Als het hotel ons meldt we kunnen u niet voldoen dan we andere hotel gekozen. Nu zitten er aanvast want annuleren kon niet meer. De verwarming hebben we na enig op onthoud gelukkig aan gekregen. Helaas moesten we er zelf achterkomen, want de receptie kwam er ook niet uit. Het eten was niet warm genoeg.Op ons verzoek een warm gerecht. Sauna was gewoon goed, zelfs extra handdoeken gekregen.

Good breakfast, good dinner, (the waiter a little off) will come back again if appropriate.

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Emplacement en plein cœur de Spa. Facile de se rendre aux thermes via le funiculaire relié à l'hôtel. Propreté ok Par contre, impersonnel et personnel pas sympa. Room service ok mais peu de choix. Conseil: demander chambre avec vue sur la ville

駅から近いのが便利だったので一晩泊まりたいと思いました！しかし、リュージュのことを知っているので、市内中心部やボヴェリー公園に簡単に行くことができ、駅の隣にあることは明らかにプラスだと言えます。 非常にモダンなホステルで、価値/価格に関しては非常にハイエンドです。私が見た他のほとんどの場所は非常に高すぎます！ 各ベッドにはカーテン、接続プラグ、ランプのセットが付いています。スーパープラスは、ベッドに関連付けられた巨大なロッカーです。キーカードを入れるだけで自分のロックを必要とせずに済みます。 すべてがきれいでした。部屋を共有しているのは1人だけでしたが、1人あたり8人もいると、朝のトイレ/シャワーのために少し並ぶことが予想されます

The hotel is clean and new. I booked and paid for this hotel through Trip.com, but I can't simply check in because the front desk said they hadn't received payment from Trip.com !
