I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Guiyang. I had a very nice spacious room with a separate bathroom (ie not open plan); the staff were always very helpful. The concierge working the forecourt was terrific. I will very likely stay here again in the future.

Well located near the penahuichi metro station and some happening street. Easy to get food and transportation. The front desk staff were very helpful in offereing advise/suggestions on how to take the metro,what type of food and mode of transport to go to the various places of visit. Breakfast is simple with the normal chinese type of breakfast with some token western pastry but it does fill up your stomach. However i had some issue handling the self laundry machinese. The drying machines don’t seem to work (maybe i am not familiar with them).after 6 hours,my clothes were still wet🤔🤔🤔

我們是晚上到的，當時一開進去，就感受一股子豪華的感覺，哈哈哈哈；酒店衞生做的非常好，且房間設施都非常的完善，幾乎所有東西質量都是不錯的，就是感覺吹風機的力度對我來説弱一點兒，吹乾的比較慢😅 酒店位置是挺好的，我們的房間打開就能看到外面的城景，非常的美麗（我錄的視頻截取的畫面），出來外面也有能吃飯的地方；還吃到了茅台冰淇淋，訂房免費吃，一個房間兩份兒；酒店的早餐也是非常的豐富，我們幾個人吃了不少😆 酒店的服務也是不錯的，需要任何東西東西都會及時送到；就是酒店的電梯不好找，我們當時繞了很遠，沒有那種非常詳細的指示，也沒有人帶着去，就是自己最後繞到了😂 不過整體來説，酒店還是非常不錯的，我挺滿意的。

酒店的大堂在6樓 早餐也在6樓 因為訂了好幾間房 都忘記備註儘量安排一個樓層的房間 但是李排敏小姐姐很貼心給我們安排了一個樓層相鄰和觀景的房間 還給我們提前放了取電卡 到房間就可以看見樓下的夜景

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

スタッフの方々は皆、親切で丁寧でした。深夜にも関わらず、洗濯物を乾燥させていただき、大変助かりました。心から感謝いたします。 唯一残念だったのは、ロビーのティーサービスエリアです。そこにはいつも何人かの高齢男性がいて、隣の階段を上る女性客（時にはスカート姿の方も）をじろじろと見ていました。また、何度かその場所で喫煙している高齢男性も見かけました。このような状況は非常に不快でしたので、喫煙される方には専用の喫煙室を設けるなど、しかるべき対策をお願いしたいです。

まず、最も重要なことは、部屋は清潔で整頓されており、プライバシーが非常に優れています。ホテルの周囲の環境は非常に美しく、フロントデスクの女性のサービスは非常に優れています。部屋には無料のヨーグルトがあります。夜の安眠をサポートしてくれます。とても丁寧です。設備も充実しています。全体的にとても良い時間を過ごせました。素晴らしい滞在体験、とても満足で幸せです😁

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and this time I experienced their popular suite, which had a fantastic view, overlooking both the city skyline and Jiaxiu Tower. Interestingly, their bathroom facilities are all located on the balcony. Janice at the front desk was also exceptionally helpful, and the complimentary coasters were very pretty and unique！

ホテルのサービスはとても良く、とても温かいです！高速鉄道は午後9時に貴陽に到着するので、10分前にホテルに電話して迎えの予約を入れます。ホテルに到着すると、キッチンで美味しい牛肉麺を作ってくれて、心が温かくなりました。部屋は無料でアップグレードされ、ベッドはとても快適で、シャワーのお湯の出が遅くなりました。ホテル周辺には大小の飲食店が多数ございますので、そちらでの滞在をお勧めいたします。

Very spacious room with an excellent city view. Staff is courteous and friendly, everyone was patient and willing to help with questions via my limited Mandarin skills and translation app. Location was good, 5 minute walk to Qingyun Pedestrian Street and night market with TONS of food and drinks. 10 minute walk to the subway, though I found DiDi much more convenient in Guiyang. Bedding was nice and clean, room overall could have used a more thorough cleaning before I arrived but it didn’t bother me too much.
