很滿意的一家酒店，房間設施齊全，衞浴乾濕分離，有穿衣鏡，有衣架，浴室還設有涼衣繩。
辦理入住態度非常好，詢問當地美食、特產耐心回覆，推薦的“磁州滷麪”距離近，有檔次，有人氣，味道好。
有伴手禮，大堂有小食、水果，贈送下午茶現磨咖啡，延遲退房。
晚上9點6樓餐廳供應晚安粥，小米綠豆粥，雞蛋，小菜。

石家荘市で最も高い建物にふさわしく、客室は非常に高く、すべての床から天井までの窓があり、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。フロントデスクのマネージャー、Liu Zhanggen は親切で、ホテルの説明が丁寧です。シートリップで予約したので、石家荘のパノラマビューを遮るもののない高層階のエグゼクティブルームにアップグレードしてくれました。そして、私たちの同胞が私たちに名刺をくれ、何かあればいつでも連絡してくださいと言いました。とても良い気分でした。今後も石家荘ヒルトンホテルを選びます。

まだオフシーズンなので、景勝地には比較的観光客が少ないです。朝晩はとても静かで寒いです。私たちは夜に到着しました。フロントのMalijiaoさんはとても効率的で、事前に部屋を手配してくれました。赤ちゃん連れなので、電気ヒーターも追加してもらいました。
現在営業しているレストランが少ないため、道を間違えないようにフロントの方が景勝地周辺の観光施設を案内してくれました。彼らはとても思いやりがあり、丁寧なサービスを提供し、私たちのすべてのリクエストに応えてくれました。
部屋も大変満足、窓の外の景色も綺麗、ホテルのパッケージにケーブルカーも含まれていて子供も大喜び、ゲンティンの景色も綺麗で大満足でした。

とても満足しました。私は突然ビーチに行くことを決め、ホテルチェーンにふさわしいヒルトンを選びました。12時近くにホテルに到着したとき、私たちは家族4人で2部屋を予約しました。翌日、デラックスキングルームにアップグレードしました。ビーチに行くのにとても便利です。 10時までの朝食。10時20分にレストランに到着すると、スタッフがキッチンに行って食べ物を注文してくれました。子供たちはお腹が空くことはありません。

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness.
I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression.
InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

初めて邯鄲に来たときは、「邯鄲は歩くことを学ぶ」という慣用句以外はまったく馴染みのないものでした。ホテルに入ると、予想を完全に超えた驚きが随所にあると言えます。ホテルのロビーから部屋まで全てにおいて大満足で、ルームアクセスカードもユニークです。朝食の種類が多すぎて、北部の軽食はどれもボリュームたっぷりです。

1. まず、トイレの周りの床が明らかに拭いていないのですが、足を踏むと何が付着しているのかわかりません。
2. 設備も比較的古く、キャビネットの底が水浸しになっているような感じです。
3. 私たちが与えられたツインルームは親子ルームに置き換えられたようで、実際には必要のない追加の装飾がいくつかありました。おそらく、親子ルームは事前に知らされておらず、私たちだけでした。部屋に入ったときに知りました。
4. 休日はホテルの収容力が足りない可能性があります。午後11時に戻ったとき、周囲の駐車場も地下駐車場もすべて満車だったので、道路をあまり妨げない地下の路上駐車場を探す必要がありました。お車でお越しの方はお気をつけください。
全体的な印象は、他のインターコンチネンタルホテルよりも少し悪いです。

ゲゲストRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

ゲゲストThis is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

ゲゲスト昔は古いホテルですが、設備は整っていて、部屋はきれいです。古いホテルの要件は高すぎることはできません。駅から出るのが一番です。相乗りで虐殺されやすいわけではありません。城壁のすぐ外では、個人的には城壁の内側よりも快適に感じます。番組を見たら鉄花を打っても見られますが、朝早くはいい位置に立ってください。そうでないと見られません。商店街も大同小異でしょう。
