部屋は少し古いですが、まあまあです。設備はビジネスホテルとしては十分です。ただ、朝食は塩辛くて少し残念でした（私が訪れた時）が、朝食の雰囲気は良かったです。ホテルのロケーションも屋台の食べ物好きには良いです。

- 4つ星ホテルなのに、バスルームのアメニティが不足しています。櫛も綿棒もありません。
- Wi-Fiの電波が遅く、テレビも途切れ途切れに映ります。
- 朝食は種類が豊富ですが、味は改善の余地があります。
- 3歳児の朝食は1人あたり75,000ルピアです。
+ 客室には礼拝用のマットとコーランが用意されています。
+ 客室の清潔さは良好ですが、廊下のカーペットは埃っぽいです。

The hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired.
Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible.
Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

ゲゲストホテルの部屋は広かったのですが…古かったです。床が凸凹していて、私のような年寄りには怖かったです。スパもなく、近くのお店からも遠いので、ホテルは味気ない感じでした。朝食は種類は豊富でしたが、4連泊しましたが、どれも平凡でした。メニューは毎日変更した方が良いと思います。美味しかったです！

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

1990年代に出発したのでホテルのインターネットは遅すぎます🤨
近くのショッピングモール（ペカンバルエクスチェンジ）はほとんどの店が閉まっているのでお勧めできません。混雑した道路、シプトラモールまで歩かなければなりません。
