Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

ホテルの部屋は広かったのですが…古かったです。床が凸凹していて、私のような年寄りには怖かったです。スパもなく、近くのお店からも遠いので、ホテルは味気ない感じでした。朝食は種類は豊富でしたが、4連泊しましたが、どれも平凡でした。メニューは毎日変更した方が良いと思います。美味しかったです！

部屋は清潔で快適で、ベッドは柔らかかったです。 アメニティも充実しており、すべてスムーズに機能しました。 ハウスキーピングサービスは毎日提供されました。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、日中は日差しが強かったため少し暑かったです。 朝食は絶対に欠かせません。アヨラに泊まって朝食なしではもったいないです。メニューは種類豊富で、ほぼ毎日変わります。醤油チキン、ソテーポテト、野菜炒めは特におすすめです。

The hotel was in a fantastic location. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the Wi-Fi was slow. Good for business travelers who don't mind a few minor issues.

This is my usual business hotel i will stay in dumai. Is new hotel built few years back. All good no complain in such small town

ホテルは空港から10分以内に位置し、無料の空港シャトルも提供しました。それだけでなく、ホテルのすぐ隣にはベーカリーショップ、インドマレットなど多くの飲食店がありました。部屋はきれいで、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ(高層階をリクエストする必要があります)、シャワーを浴びるのに良い水圧があります。唯一の欠点は、ACが滞在中に十分に冷たくなく、部屋が少し小さかったことです。ホテルがACを修正できることを願っています。朝食ビュッフェはまともで、バラエティに富んでいました。全体的に、それは私のペニーとまともな滞在の価値がありました。

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.
