ホテルは立地が良く、移動にとても便利です。レストランやショッピングセンターも近くにあります。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、寝具も快適で防音もしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルで、チェックインとチェックアウトも非常にスムーズでした。全体的に期待以上の体験でした。価格に見合った価値があり、次回もぜひこのホテルを選びます。強くお勧めします。

ウェリントンでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。ホテルもサービスも素晴らしかったです。最近泊まったホテルの多くと同様に、少し古さを感じました。部屋はとても清潔で、ルームサービスも良く、バスルームも素晴らしく、近年改装されたようでした。総じて、滞在にとても満足しました。

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

We needed a place to stay in Wellington for a couple of nights and selected Trinity in a random selection online. Criteria were, reasonably easy to get to by car, reasonable proximity to Te Papa and reasonable price. Trinity covered those bases. Online booking was simple as was check-in. Car parking was in a Wilsons building just across the street, arranged by the hotel. The facilities were up to our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were all you could wish for. We were away from the hotel all day, so didn't need anything else. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was quite adequate in terms of preparation, flavors and portion size. Check-out was straightforward and we were offered storage for our luggage for the day although we didn't need that service. We are well into our 70's but walking to attractions was not an issue. We were more than happy with our stay and in similar circumstances would stay there again.

素晴らしいホテルです。先週ここに泊まり、最初は低い評価をつけようと思っていましたが、今週、料金が3倍近くもするのにアメニティが全くないホテルに泊まったので、このホテルの良さを改めて実感しました。ラマダの部屋には、コンロ、食器洗い機、シンク、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、カトラリーなどが揃ったフルキッチンがありました。エアコンもよく効いていて、ヒーターもありましたが、使う必要はありませんでした。アイロンとアイロン台はとてもありがたかったです。洗濯機と乾燥機があったのも最高でした。この部屋には、ホテル滞在中に必要なものがすべて揃っています。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋は暖かく、防音性も抜群でした。立地も素晴らしく、中心街まで歩いてすぐです。唯一の欠点は、クローゼットにあった掛け布団に黄ばみがあったことです。それはちょっと気持ち悪いですが、全体的には間違いなくまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

入口はわかりにくかったのですが、慣れれば簡単です。立地も良く便利な場所だと思います。ホテルの名前の通り絵画などの芸術品がたくさんあり、とてもおしゃれなフロント、ロビーでした。 お部屋への廊下も高級感がありワクワクしました。お部屋はとても広い角部屋を用意してくださっていました。キッチンには電子レンジや大きな食洗機などが備わっていて、とても便利でした。お風呂にはシャワーとは別にバスタブがあり、とてもリラックスしてお湯に浸かることができました。 何よりも高級感があり、特別感を味わうことができ、娘たちが喜ぶ姿を見て私もとても幸せな気持ちになりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

とても清潔で気に入りました。部屋の掃除も毎日きちんとされていて助かりました。スタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、一人の若い男性は何も役に立つことを知らなかったようでした。全てが近いので、また必ず利用します。ホテルのレストランはあまり印象に残らないのでお勧めしません。パスタは茹で過ぎで缶詰スパゲッティのような味でした。朝食は値段を考えると中程度で、あまり美味しくありませんでした。でも、とても素敵なホテルなので、また利用したいと思います。

ファンキーなアートが随所に施された素晴らしいホテル。キューバ ストリート沿いにあるため、ショッピングやレストランまで歩いてすぐです。ホテルのスタッフはどこも素晴らしいサービスを提供します。美しいダイニング エリアのあるバーでは、素敵なビュッフェ スタイルの朝食やカクテルを楽しめます。また必ず利用します。

We had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated. Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked. We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy. Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast. Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.
