クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアのレビュー 最近、クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアに宿泊しました。全体的には良い経験でしたが、今後のゲストの滞在をより充実したものにするために改善できる点があると感じました。 良い点: • ロケーション: ホテルは静かな場所にあり、美しい海の景色、鳥のさえずりが聞こえる穏やかな朝、息をのむような夕日を楽しめます。リスボンから車で約 30 分ですが、静かな環境のため、街から離れて休暇を過ごすのに価値があります。 • デザイン: ホテルは美しくデザインされており、豪華な公共エリアと快適な客室があります。私の部屋にはゴルフ コースを見渡す快適なバルコニーがあり、リラックスした雰囲気がさらに増していました。 改善点: • ハウスキーピング: 部屋の清潔さを大幅に改善できます。到着時に、ほこり、髪の毛、汚れたカーペットに気づきましたが、よく見ると明らかでした。バスルームは、特に備品やシールに蓄積したものを取り除くなど、より徹底した清掃が必要です。これらの詳細に対処すると、目に見える違いが生まれます。 • メンテナンス: ちょっとした修理が必要です。たとえば、ドアハンガーの 1 つが壊れていました。シャワーの水圧は十分でしたが、シールをリフレッシュしたほうがよいでしょう。こうした小さな更新により、客室全体の質が向上します。 • アメニティ: ホテルでは毎日 2 本のボトル入り飲料水を提供していますが、1 日だけ提供されなかったことがありました。それについて尋ねたところ、水道水を飲むようにと言われただけで、驚きました。こうしたアメニティに対するより一貫したアプローチが望まれます。 • 朝食の体験: 朝食の品揃えは概ね良かったのですが、ペストリーはもっと質が高くてもいいでしょう。さらに、オムレツ ステーションやハチミツなどの一部のアイテムは、メインの朝食エリアから離れた場所に置かれていました。スタッフがゲストにこれらのステーションについて知らせて、アクセシビリティを向上させると良いでしょう。 • 公共エリアの細部への配慮: ロビー バーのウォーター ディスペンサーは、汚れが蓄積している兆候が見られたため、もっと頻繁に清掃する必要があることにも気付きました。 全体的な推奨事項: クラウン プラザ カパリカ リスボアは、美しい環境、快適な客室、穏やかな雰囲気など、多くの魅力を備えています。ハウスキーピング、メンテナンス、ゲストのニーズへの配慮を改善すれば、本当に思い出に残る体験を提供できる可能性があります。経営陣がこれらの提案を考慮し、ホテルが最大限の可能性を発揮することを願っています。

Qualidade do serviço excepcional Localização excepcional Pequeno almoço excepcional

Moderne, saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur mit dem landestypischen Café und Cappuccino habe ich so meine Probleme, schmeckt einfach nur bitter. Großzügiger Spa mit Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad im Keller, Tiefgarage inklusive, beste Zimmerdusche ever mit herrlichem Rainshower, den man auch Waterfall nennen könnte, dazu feinste Frottee-Handtücher. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner, ruhiger Strand mit Duschen mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Ohne Auto etwas  beschwerlich einige 100 Meter und mit Stufen abwärts. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert 100%

Gostei da experiência neste hotel, cuja localização não poderia ser melhor :) Nota positiva para o jardim e piscina exterior, magnifico pequeno almoço buffet e boas instalações da piscina interior, sauna e banho turco. Poderiam ter mais espreguiçadeiras.. Nota menos positiva para os quartos, que naturalmente precisam de algumas obras mas encontravam-se limpos. De forma geral foi uma ótima estadia neste hotel com vista privilegiada para o mar, de todos os quartos.

The spa is quite basic with a steam room and sauna, indoor swimming pool is not heated which a bit of a shame for this weather. Feel like the spa area and the pool should be separated with different tempera. Food from the restaurant is great, just feel like it’ll be more amazing if they do room service not take away. It’s great it’s nearby a beach although the view wasn’t that amazing, but maybe it’s not the season ( February) Will be great to have a kettle in the room.

Everything was good except their bed. We had a double bed room but they used two single beds on the side of each other to make it a double bed. The mattress was not comfy and we could sense Spring in the mattress.

Close enough and far away enough from Lisbon, Hotel da Barrosinha is a perfect spot to enjoy a rural vacation in peace and quiet. Also 30 min away from Comporta is a privileged location to enjoy Comporta and Carvalhal beaches without paying the premium markup of those locations. The pool is very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly, this is my second time there and I am coming back for sure!!

We loved the experience! The staff was really nice and the room was cozy. It was always clean and the breakfast was incredible!!! We would love to spend more nights there and we recomend it!!!

Excellent new hotel on banks of River Tagus .Large room and balcony although furniture a little ikea eg open warderobe .Shower quite powerful . Excellent restaraunt with friendly staff in Reception and Restaraunt . Great underground secure car park both bright and wide .A nice change .
