We had a very pleasant stay at Fanqi Boutique. We booked three rooms for one night and it was really fantastic. Especially the owner is extremely friendly and makes every wish come true! If you go to Jianshui then definitely go to this hotel. It has everything you need, is good in shape, comfortable, clean and lovely. Thanks for this special stay!

Every detail is sublime, from the personalized breakfast to the incredible afternoon tea, and the service is nothing short of five-star. They even have a café that might be the best we’ve visited anywhere in China. The location is ideal for exploring Jianshui, and the care and attention put into every guest’s stay left us both grateful and impressed. Highly recommended — a true standout and a model of what a boutique hotel should be!

私は建水で3日間ののんびりとした生活を送り、毎日自然に目が覚めるまで眠り、通りや路地を散策し、この生き生きとした古代都市を感じました。大理や麗江とは異なり、建水での生活は近代化から切り離された時代のようです。 特に私が泊まった千宇民宿は、映画「風のゆくえ」の風の吹く中庭を思い出させました。夕方になると、世界中から来た人々が集まっておしゃべりをしたり、焼き豆腐を食べたりしていました。雰囲気は本当に良かったです。女主人は私と同い年の回族の女性でした。私は彼女とコーランや魂の歴史について話しました。旅行中に出会った人々は、旅行そのものよりも興味深いものでした。

設施：房間佈局合理，很有特色，很喜歡電視櫃的色調和地上小方磚。就是房間對着健身房，不知道是酒店的還是旁邊小區的，所以窗簾衹能一直拉着。另外浴室水温不穩定，馬桶沖力不夠。酒店餐廳太小，客人多的時候就得坐室外，但雨季坐室外不方便。大堂的雨棚頂小，到的當天大雨，車雖然停門口，但依然淋雨。酒店裡照相的佈置很特別，但光線昏暗，其實不出片，而且酒店風格就是整體光線偏暗，走在樓道里還有點嚇人 衞生：不錯的，打掃及時 環境：旁邊是小區，打車基本都衹停路邊，不會停酒店門口，雨天不方便。不過酒店距離各個景區近，建水打車便宜 服務：服務滿分，各個崗位工作人員都很熱情。房間裏的歡迎入住的信很有特色 建水站接送站服務二選一:提前一天訂就行，很方便 自助午餐、下午茶:酒店一天包四餐非常方便，適合帶娃家庭，可以隨時回酒店用餐

We actually came back to this hotel for a second stay after visiting the terraces, which says a lot about the overall experience. The location is fantastic, very close to the old town and right by a lovely lake, making it really special. The girls at reception are also incredibly kind and helpful, even if they don’t speak English, they do their best using a translator. Cleanliness was decent but could be improved a bit. We would recommend choosing a higher-category room, as the basic ones feel a bit outdated and less comfortable. Overall, a great stay mainly thanks to the amazing location and the kindness of the staff.

Love the location which is close to the historic ancient town, eating places are easily available nearby. The room is spacious with a big window showcase the old buildings and beautiful mountain ranges, the breakfast is simple but fulfilling. Kudos to the owner who took the extra miles helping us with our bus tickets, will definitely come back after our Yunyang trip. Highly recommended.

All new hotel. Facilities look nice and clean. Location is close to the railway station, but the neighborhood is not that pleasant. The hotell is near two big roads with big trucks driving by constantly. Luckily it is not immediately next to the road, but hidden behind other buildings that block most of the traffic noises. I stayed in the 2nd floor and with windows closed I could bearly hear anything from outside. There was noise though. The pipes in the showers are incredibly loud. When the person next door goes to take a shower, it is like a waterfall manifests itself in your room. I've never encountered anything like this. Also, the bed matresses are very firm. Without these issues the hotel would be great value.
