「Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.」

「We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.」

「非常棒的酒店。酒店還會送免費的新鮮水果到房間去。前台有免費無限的暖身熱飲，免費的雪橇，免費的潑冰熱水和玩雪道具任玩。房間很乾凈整潔舒適，窗外就看到雪鄉的滑雪場下着雪，泡壺茶，坐在床窗邊喝着茶吃着水果享受那美麗動人的景色是多麼的幸福啊。全自動馬桶是我這外國來的第一次用到最好模式最齊全的馬桶，一級棒！ 早餐很豐富，該有的都有了。但是，咖啡有待改進，應該提供比較國際性和比較高級的咖啡來符合酒店的風格。餐廳單點的菜單很齊全，食物很好吃，價錢也很合理， 餐具和紙巾都沒有另外算錢哦。這裏的阿瑞老闆人很好，有什麼需要找他都會提供資料和幫忙安排的。在這裏要特別感謝阿瑞老闆和老闆娘為了生病行動不便的我，想盡辦法安排車送我到雪鄉的入口站，實在是太感激你們了🙏🏻。 我們下次來還會選擇這家酒店的。 我的親戚朋友看了都特別喜歡。」

「設施：設施很齊全！房間內還配備了一次性的浴巾，面巾和馬桶墊，真的非常衞生與安心；暖氣也非常足，有暖氣片、地暖和電熱毯；熱水器的儲水量非常充足，足夠三個人不間斷的洗完。 衞生：很乾凈整潔，衞生間的淋浴噴頭與水龍頭都沒有水洗。中間我們把地面踩臟，老闆娘很熱心地上來幫我們把地面拖乾淨。 環境：民宿所處的地理位置非常好，步行5分鐘以內就可以到鎮子上的中心街道，吃飯玩樂很方便；樓下還有個小院子，可以玩雪，放煙花，還有個月亮帳篷的佈景，非常適合拍照打卡。 服務：老闆和老闆娘都非常熱心。在我們到站前，老闆就已經聯繫我們確認接站時間。遊玩期間有到別處的行程，老闆也熱情的接送我們，告訴我們怎麼避免踩坑，去哪兒玩好玩，幫我們規劃行程。每天早上還有老闆娘的愛心水餃/餛飩，真的非常好吃！」

「We absolutely love staying in Linzi. The room is traditional type, very clean and warm. It also locates inside many houses nearby with the typical Chinese cultural decoration. I love the mushroom snows, snow sliding. They even provide the serive of transferring your luggage to the bus. Love the place so much」

「酒店位置太絕了！步行幾百米就到橫道河子站、俄羅斯風情園和聖母進堂教堂，隨手一拍都出片，出門遊玩逛街都超方便。老闆和老闆娘熱情又貼心，服務周到讓人倍感親切。房間收拾得乾淨整潔，隔音效果好住得安靜舒心，熱水充足、暖氣給力，各類設施齊全又好用，整體體驗感拉滿，性價比超高，下次來橫道河子一定還選這家！」

「The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.」
