Complete honesty We came, in the height of August for 8 nights. 4 adults and 2 children. We were offered the opportunity to delay check in and catch the last 20 minutes of evening meal on arrival which was nice. In the weeks leading up to travelling, I became nervous due to reading recent negative reviews. I called Jet 2 to try and change hotel but it was too late. However, I am so glad we did not change. We have the BEST holiday! Pools: 2 main pools, one for activity including music, inflatables and games. 1 pool for quiet and relaxation. There was also a small paddle pool for the youngest children. Yes, we did need to reserve sun beds due to wanting an ideal spot for our children. But we also stayed and used the beds all day! There were always some beds available even if that meant moving a few around. The pool is lined inside which was actually really nice as it didn’t give a rough feel for the children. Salt water, but this was lovely! Always space for a good ball game! Kids had a great time. Cleaning: Every single day the staff were out cleaning the grounds. Sunbeds were cleaned, the pool was cleaned daily, the floors were swept and the floor cleaned down daily. The grounds were spotless! Yes, there were a few glasses next to beds first thing in a morning but this was down to guests not cleaning up after themselves- not the staff! No flies or bugs seen around the pool . Rooms: lovely spacious room, double bed and a sofa bed. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left. We again, could not fault the cleanliness of our room. No bugs as other mentioned. Lovely balcony overlooking the quiet pool. Wifi not great, but we do t go on holiday to sit on devices for internet access. We can do that at home. Was good enough to check emails and watch a film. Restaurant: top restaurant used for breakfast. We always arrived about 8-8.30. Always got a table, food was lovely with lots of variety from pastries, cooked breakfast, cereals, fruits and a range of juices. Lunch was also in this restaurant, again we always went in just after one and always had a table and enjoyed a range of different options. There was pizza, burger, kebabs, meatballs, fish, beef, sandwich options, salad and much more! Evening meal was served downstairs, a bigger restaurant, again so much variety. It really does confuse me how people say there was no choice! There was fajitas, chilli with rice and nachos, ribs, salmon, cod, a BBQ night with all things BBQ, then there were sides of vegetables, potatoes, garlic breads salads and always a section which is a child friendly with pasta, pizza, chips, hot dogs and nuggets. All good was hot and delicious! The deserts were fantastic! Really good choice with a nice touch for the kids with lolly pops, sweeties and chocolates all available too. Staff were relentless in clearing away and cleaning tables and resetting for the next guest. Staff could not do enough! Bars: pool bar does was it says on the tin. Help yourself to coffee a

Sceptical from reading others reviews but honestly a really good hotel, pool was small but never had a problem getting a sunbed at different times of the days, life guard on duty at all times, cheap vending machine was a life saver when we arrived really late at night, location is close to a supermarket, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The terrace can provide food and drinks Wednesday to Sunday all day , the music was amazing on the terrace and if you’re into parties, make sure you go on Saturday nights because wow. Locals in the area are lovely. The hotel is located 5-10 minute walk from the music square and other places to eat and drink. We had a small room so we made our space work, only downfall was the size of the shower, just enough room to stand let alone lather some soap on your legs wouldn’t say the decor was dated but could maybe do with some tweaking from maintenance (shower handle was a bit delicate & missing a door frame in bed room) but honestly would recommend staying here, it’s clean, staff are friendly. We couldn’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have any here. Drinks are reasonably priced at the roof top aswell if anyone is wondering. For the price we paid we couldn’t complain, thank you to all the staff❤️

The Bristol Playa apartment hotel is a lovely complex. It has all you need for a lovely chilled holiday, pool bar, evening bar, supermarket, and great pools. The apartments are clean and well equipped with everything you need, loved the little touch of providing you with a little washing up liquid, sponge and and cloths. If you're there a week, then your beds and towels will only be changed once mid week, and you can pay for extra towel changes. The supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced, fresh baked pastries in the morning, pizzas at lunch, and into the evenings as well all other groceries. Pool is manned by a life guard but is salt water, so watch out with the kids and sunburn. Recommend UV swim tops. Pool bar does snacks and is reasonably priced, main bar does pizzas at night, karaoke most nights, we liked it for a few drinks after being in the main town for food etc. There are bits of the hotel that need a spruce up, lick of paint, etc, but overall, it's clean and tidy, and the pool area has loads of shade. We travelled last week in August, and despite not arriving at the pool until 11 am at the earliest, we always found a bed without hassle. None of this 6am get up to reserve beds. My only issue was the distance to the town, for a couple no problem but with a 5 year old who'd been in the pool all day, there little legs were too tired to do the walk there and back. Taxis are €5 each way, we also used to hoppy scooters, which my son thought was great. Recommend the waterpark close by as well. It is a great day our and most of the slides are accessible to even those wearing armbands or swimvests. I would definitely come back and recommend as a chilled week away but not for those with walking difficulties or little legs - unless you're happy to get taxi's.

We had a great time at this H10 everything was very good standard and all staff were very friendly smiling and helpful. Rooms are ideal for a couple plenty storage, felt cool and spacious with comfortable bed. Food choice was plenty and being all inclusive the drinks are excellent value. We still ate out a few nights too. There are two pools one fun and the other like a library so you get choice. Good central but quiet location to explore Corralejo and only 70euro in taxi from airport. Would definitely recommend.

My 17-year-old daughter and I stayed at the hotel in August 2024, our second year in a row here, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff friendly staff exceeded our expectations. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze—our bags were taken care of before we even got to our room, which was a fantastic touch. Throughout our stay, the restaurant and bar staff continued this level of service, always friendly and eager to assist. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it was a great choice. The food selection was extensive and there was always plenty to enjoy. The freshly made pizzas were a highlight, especially for my daughter! We also dined one evening at the Zensation restaurant, where the quality of both food and service was top-notch. Our waiter, Javier, was exceptionally attentive, making our dining experience memorable. We treated ourselves to a couple of massages at the spa, which offered great value for money. The spa staff, Fotou and Fernanda were both professional and exceptionally good at their jobs. Nothing was a problem. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect addition to our stay. While we loved lounging by the pool, we noticed there weren't many parasols available, and they tended to get reserved very early in the morning. A few more parasols would definitely enhance the poolside experience. We stayed in the Zensation suite, which was really comfortable and the air conditioning was brilliant. The room cleaning service was good, and the cleaning staff were always friendly. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to the El Campanario Centre, which has a variety of cafes, shops, and a charming craft market on Thursdays and Sundays. It's also only about a 15 minute walk to Corralejo and close to the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. While we didn’t participate in the hotel's evening entertainment this year, we found plenty to do in Corralejo, especially enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Music Square. Taxis were very affordable for getting back to the hotel after our evenings out, which was a plus. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
