歸墅的服務和設施都超出了我的預期，令我有一個很舒適寫意的郴州3天假期。出行前已預先加了管家小姐姐的微信，可以很方便的資詢天氣和旅遊資料。小姐姐很貼心的介紹了附近的餐廳、外賣，包車司機，價錢實惠和味道很好，房間很寬敞，衞生做得很好，而且設計有品味和高檔，升級了一間270度湖景的房間和彈性地延遲了退房，小姐姐們還暖心的第一時間送外賣到房間，晚上送來新鮮切的水果，免費提供洗衣乾衣送房服務，見到每位工作人員和阿姨都笑口相迎，每天回來都送上當地的綠茶，臨走時小姐姐親切的拿行李送我上車，謝謝。我一定會再回去！

This new hotel is very good value for money in the more quiet part of the city. The young ladies on the front desk were very friendly, helpful and patient with me as a foreigner. Same too for the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciated the laundry service and the gym. A few restaurants catering for adventurous eaters and drinkers nearby. Interesting sights further towards the river a few blocks away.

ホテルは清潔で衛生的で、シャワールームとバスルームは分離されており、スペースも広く、とても便利です。朝食はとても豊富で、牛乳、豆乳、コーンジュースなど、お粥、とうもろこし、餃子*豚麺、中華料理と西洋料理の両方があり、ホテルのすぐ後ろにあるサウスタワーパークまで歩いて100メートルです。また、Yuhou Streetにも非常に近く、約1520分間ゆっくりと歩きました。ホテルの近くにはたくさんのレストランもあり、交通はとても便利です。ピークや食事の場所にない場合は、ホテルの後ろに車を駐車できますが、事前にホテルのフロントデスクに連絡する必要があります。要するに、私たちは2日間滞在し、経験はとても良かったです💯

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. We were served hot tea on arrival and were kindly checked in at 10+am. We did not buy breakfast when we made our booking but were offered a good price for it. Breakfast was varied and delicious but almost the same daily. Body lotion and conditioner was not provided in the room. The next morning when we asked for advice on sightseeing routes, Ms. 岛 advised us to hire a private vehicle and made arrangements for the hire. Price is reasonable and the driver was good.  Many thanks to you, Ms. 岛 for your help and excellent service.

カン州オメガホテルに泊まったのはこれが3回目で、毎回とても満足しています!部屋は相変わらず清潔で整頓されていて、寝具は快適でぐっすり眠れます。朝食はバラエティに富んでいて美味しいです。無料のスイミングプールとジムは設備が整っており、快適で便利で、価格も非常に高いです。次回はライブに来てください。

This hotel was in a perfect location as it was close to the railway station, bus stops and had lots of convince stores around! The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting especially if you are wanting to visit Yangtianhu Grassland as the bus stop is about 8-10 minute walk away.

酒店大堂很氣派，可也很冷清，門口沒有禮賓員，沒人幫忙長者家拿行李，前台衹有一位工作人員辦理入住，看到排了長隊也沒有增加工作人員。訂房間時提前備註了兩間房安排在同一樓層，店家也回覆可以安排，結果現場説我訂的房間在每個樓層衹有一間，沒法同一層。早餐的服務也是不行，不及時添加，比如熱牛奶沒有了，告知服務員後，直接把熱牛奶的桶搬走了，替換了一盒冷牛奶。這酒店看着富麗堂皇，但是入住感受冷冰冰的。

芒山温泉はまさに珍しいレジャースポットです！ここの温泉は透明で温度もちょうど良いです。これに浸かると心身ともにリラックスした気分になれます。周囲の環境は美しく、緑の木々や花の香りが漂い、まるで楽園にいるような気分になります。サービスもとても行き届いており、スタッフは温かくフレンドリーで、まるで自宅にいるような温かさを感じさせてくれます。つまり、芒山温泉は忘れられない温泉体験であり、誰にでも強くお勧めします！

The hotel stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to sleep well. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
