「部屋はとても良い、設備は使いやすい、ホテルのロビーのデザインはとてもクリエイティブ、とても気に入りました、Xiao Wuのサービスは温かく思慮深いです、私のせいで日付が間違っていて、ホテルは満室でしたホテルに行ったとき、とても不安でしたが、シャオ・ウーが積極的に助けてくれました。無料で部屋のタイプを調整してアップグレードしてくれたので、シャオ・ウェイは紛失したレンズキャップと充電式バッテリーを取り戻し、完璧な旅を終えることができました。残りの旅行をスムーズに進めるために、プシュホテル、本当にありがとう、次回もまた来ます！」

「Location of the hotel is perfect for anyone visiting lugu lake. Imagine waking up to the view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also fairly new with beautiful deco and they have prepared many thoughtful things include disposable towels, disposable bath tub towel, free daily afternoon tea and a short photoshoot. The front desk staff 阿文was also very helpful. A couple of things I wished went better: - breakfast: selection was quite limited and mainly Chinese food. Was not an issue for me as I typically don’t take breakfast. - limited toilet paper: unfortunately my husband and I were down with food poisoning during the trip so the toilet paper quickly became a scarcity. - inconsistent temperature in the shower: the shower on my first night toggled between icy cold and steamy hot even without me adjusting the temperature. Overheard from other guests that they had the same issue as well. The hotel thankfully was able to fix it on my second night. - mattress was too hard, and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor… unfortunately the hotel didn’t have an option to add on a topper and it really affected my sleep quality during the two nights we were there. However, preference for a softer mattress is personal. Would have been nice if the hotel has toppers prepared for guests who prefer a softer bed. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and I’d recommend for anyone visiting lugu lake.」
