「Hi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage. After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm. All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed.The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.」

「Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Buffet gab es immer wieder verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, und der Highlight war, dass fast jeden Abend irgendeine Veranstaltung war. Verschiedene Entertainer haben dort gesungen. 」
