A stylish luxury two bedroomed upper apartment in a Grade 2 listed building in the centre of Aberaeron. The apartment is part of a recent major building conversion and sensitive re-modernisation of the old HSBC/Midland Bank. The apartment, which has its own outside entrance and stairway, provides exceptional comfort and quality contemporary furnishing and consists of an open-plan fully fitted modern kitchen/dining area with seating for four plus a lounge with TV and two sofas. There are two spacious light and airy bedrooms, one double with a king sized bed, the other with two single beds, and a good sized bathroom with shower unit and bath. A notable feature is the excellent views over the “Square Field” and the countryside beyond. A lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The Square Field hosts various annual events and festivals, including a Carnival, Garden and Craft Festival, All Wales Tug of War Championship, Welsh Pony and Cob Festival and many others. The apartment is situated within the heart of the idyllic holiday town of Aberaeron (voted best town in Wales 2016) with its picturesque harbour area and architectural interest.
