Booked the room couple days before but when i arrived at the hotel, our room was given to another guest who the receptionist said had the same name as mine. I dont know how it happened as it is protocol for hotel staff to ask for id for verification. So it took it some time before they they gave us new room and i needed to come back at the front desk the next morning to fix the mix-up that they have caused. The good thing is Trip.com was very helpful and urgent in assisting me with my check-in problem. Trip.com agent went out and beyond the service she provided. And because of that, I will be a loyal Trip.com client.

ここは姪っ子が遊びに来た際に近くにあり、滞在するのに便利な場所でした。スタッフはとても親切で、温かく迎えてくれ、フレンドリーでした。しかし、宿はとても古く、それが目立ちました。カーペットとペンキは塗り替えが必要で、無料の朝食を用意してくれた女性は素晴らしかったのですが、設備と食事の種類は非常に乏しかったです。3階にあるホテルの部屋を改装したような場所に設えられていたので、宿泊客の人数に対して広さはあまりありませんでした。パンケーキ、トースト、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、コーヒーがありましたが、廊下まで行列ができていたため、私たちは気にしませんでした。

カルガリーで泊まったホテルと比べて、ここは2つ星ホテルですが、清潔さには満足しています。フロントのスタッフは親切で、チェックイン時に子供たちにおもちゃをくれました。

朝食はりんご、ヨーグルト、パン、オレンジジュースが紙袋に入ったものをフロントでもらいました。 シャープ、コンディショナーは一緒になっているタイプです。

部屋に鍵を置き忘れましたが、フロントの男性は親切で効率的で、すぐに新しい鍵を用意してくれて、全く問題ないと慰めてくれました。

You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
