部屋は広く、清潔で整頓されており、装飾スタイルもとても満足のいくものでした。ベッドは柔らかくて快適で、ぐっすり眠れました。フロントデスクは温かく丁寧で、朝食も提供してくれました。朝食は中華料理、洋食、フルーツデザートなど種類が豊富で、とても美味しかったです。

Could not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

部屋の清掃サービスは素晴らしかったです 私の部屋は窓が大きいので寒いかと思いましたが、ホテルの暖房が効いているので寒くありませんでした また、遮光カーテンは朝の光をよく遮ってくれるのでとても気に入りました👍🏻 ホテルのフロントのスタッフの態度も良かったです！荷物を持ち上げてくれるなど基本的なサービスも素晴らしかったです！ ただ一つ残念なのは、誰も英語を話せないことです。コミュニケーションの難しさが大きすぎました。フロントのスタッフでさえ英語が話せたらもっといいと思います😊 その他は良かったです！次回も訪れたいです🩷

ホテルに入った瞬間から、ホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても親切で、部屋に着いた時も清掃員の方が迎えてくれ、部屋を案内し、何か必要なものはないかと尋ねてくれました。 部屋自体は広くて快適で、眺めも良かったです。ジムも充実していて、ランドリーサービスも充実していました。

太原駅に近く高鉄で雁門関へ行くのに大変便利でした。又地下鉄やバスで毎日出かけましたが、どこへ行くのにとても便利で楽でした。スタッフも毎日親切にしてくれました。次回もこのホテルを利用したいです。

素晴らしいサービスでした！鍵が開かなかったのですが、高貴な小姐姐さんが荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。歩行者専用道路が階下にあるので、とても便利な立地です。また泊まりたいです。

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel. The hotel offers great comfort at an affordable price, complete with a bathtub in the room. I playfully requested flower decorations on the bed, honeymoon-style—and to my surprise, the hotel fulfilled the request for free! My wife was ecstatic, and I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, with halal food options available. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to various destinations. There's even a Bank of China next door, perfect for foreign currency exchange or cash withdrawals. Across the hotel, you'll find Ming Supermarket, which offers snacks at very low prices—great for souvenirs. There are also plenty of halal food vendors, including a Muslim-run lamb skewer stall and other street snacks, so you'll never go hungry. While the hotel staff's English skills are limited, communication was smooth using Google Translate. The front desk even taught me how to order food online using *******. A highlight of our stay was their delivery robot, which brought food from the lobby directly to our room. It was impressive and fun to experience! I highly recommend Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel for travelers seeking a delightful, hassle-free stay in Taiyuan. Their warm service and thoughtful amenities made our trip unforgettable.
