地下鉄駅近くの素敵なホステルです。場所も分かりやすく、オーナーもとても親切です。 近くには飲食店がたくさんある通りがあります。

四つ星の非常に良いホテルです。 チェックアウト時間が、お昼の14時まで可能なので、高級ホテルにゆっくり滞在したい人にはいると思います。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place. First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days. The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay. Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City.

この宿が本当に気に入りました！今まで泊まったゲストハウスの中で一番清潔でした。台風の時は部屋の湿気が心配でしたが、全く心配無用でした。シーツも暖かくて心地よかったです。家全体の照明も素晴らしく、明るく開放的な雰囲気でした。夜は裏から少し歩くだけで夜市が開かれます。帰国しなければならなければ、もう2、3日滞在したかったです！

中国旅行で泊まった中で最高のホテルです。立地は申し分なく、ここに泊まるだけですべてがすぐ外にあり、食料品の買い物など、空港バスも正面玄関のすぐそばに停まります。 南寧に来たらまた絶対に泊まりたいです。 部屋も無料でアップグレードしてくれました

クラウンプラザ南寧での滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです！フロントのAllenさんのサービスは最高でしたし、コンシェルジュのl'ynnさんは快く荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、細やかな心遣いが行き届いており、南寧での食事や観光についても最適な選択肢とアドバイスをいただき、広西の温かさを感じることができました。部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、寝具も快適でぐっすり眠れました。立地も便利で、ビジネス利用にも青秀山観光にも最適です。ジムやプールも設備が充実しており、旅先でも良いコンディションを保つことができました。全体的に、南寧旅行で安心できて楽しい滞在となりました。次回も必ず利用させていただきます！

中心部にあり、少し古いですが、景色の良い素敵な部屋に泊まれました。アメニティも良かったです。

アパートメントは、多くのレストランや夜は賑やかなエンターテイメント施設が集まるASEANプラザの近くにあります。また、朗東バスターミナルにも非常に近く、ASEANビジネス地区駅からは地下鉄でわずか2駅です。

地下鉄の駅からそれほど遠くないので、レビューを読んでタワーBの部屋を予約しましたが、ロビーはタワーAにあります。タワーBの隣の建物は、オープンな商業ビルと住宅ビルのようなものです。 1階にはセキュリティはありません。部屋は設備が整っています。もちろん、価格は4つ星に比べて小さいわけではありません。口コミを見ると、Aに宿泊している人は会員割引があり、近くで食事ができるので便利なようです。
