Very centrally located. Super close to the railway station. Very friendly staff. Vey clean and tidy in the room, as you can expect from this brand. Breakfast was as good as you can expect. Good value for money. Will come back next time for a stay in Cardiff.

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

電車でカーディフ・セントラル駅に到着し、そこからプレミア・インまでは徒歩15分です。とても歓迎的でスタッフも親切でした。部屋は清潔で、正面玄関のトラベラーズ・ストアで紅茶とコーヒーを好きなだけ飲むことができました。唯一の不満は、私には食事制限があるのですが、対応してもらえず、提供されているもので我慢しなければならなかったことです。夜にはグルテンフリーの食事はなく、一般的なハンバーガー、ラザニア、ステーキを揚げたフィッシュ・アンド・チップスしかありませんでした。野菜はエンドウ豆だけでした。今の時代、ホテルは様々な健康状態に対応する必要があります。ビーガン／ベジタリアンはグルテンフリーではありませんし、過敏性腸症候群（IBS）やセリアック病患者もそうではありません。これらは複雑な問題です。何か調整できるものがあれば助かります。

ロケーションは最高でした。街の中心部にあります。でも、トラベロッジは2軒あり、最初は間違った方に行ってしまいました。その方は便利な駅に近い場所でした。タクシーで少し行くと正しい方に着きました。受付は珍しく3階にありますが、スタッフは親切でした。パスキーで解錠できるのは、安全ドアのある自分の階だけです。携帯電話の近くに置くと感度が鈍くなり、何も解錠できなくなるので注意してください。私の場合もそうでしたが、受付に行くと直りました。地上階からの自動ドアは夜間に施錠されるため、誰かが通りから迷い込むことはなく、とても安全だと感じました。受付と同じ3階にあるバーとカフェは、飲み物や軽食をとるのに便利でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。カーディフには広い歩行者天国があるので、主要なショップ、レストラン、パブ（オワイン・グリンドゥールをお勧めします）まで歩いて簡単に行けます。ビュート・パークやカーディフ城などの観光スポットへも歩いて簡単に行けました。クリスマスマーケットとウィンターワンダーランドも近く、夜景は素晴らしかったです。外貨両替はホテルからクイーンストリート・ショッピングアーケードの入り口まで歩いてすぐでした。

とても便利で、駐車場もすぐ近く、料金もお手頃です。カウンターのサービスもとても親切でした。😊

Its so close the city centre. The cardiff castle is located just 3-4 minutes walk distance,the beds are clean,hot water is working and the beds are clean. Thanks
