非常に静かなホテルで、2つの注文を予約し、1つの部屋をリクエストしました。おそらく、米国のサービスは国内ほど柔軟ではありません...一日寝る準備ができていますが、それでも連続して目が覚め、不快です😕 ベッドの頭に小さなカード、大きなQRコードがありました。最初はあまり考えていませんでした。国内の同様の評価だと思いました...後でスキャンして、チップであることがわかりました... もともと失礼に邪魔され続けていたので、非常に不快でした😕 しかし、最後に考えてみると、house keepingは無罪で、やはり現金のチップをあげました。

Staff was pleasant and hotel relatively clean. Breakfast was marginal, at best. The biggest complaint I have is the charge upfront for ”incidentals” (20% of the rate). I just learned that even though we had no incidentals the charge to my credit card for that was not credited at checkout, but instead will show up on my credit card later. I was informed that could take up to 2 weeks! Choice Hotels or the individual hotel are thus using every patron's money for 2 weeks--I call that a scam!
