「部屋はとても清潔で、景色は素晴らしく、朝食はアラカルトの伝統的な英国式朝食でした。中国人スタッフも在籍しており、コミュニケーションも非常にスムーズで、カルトンヒルからもすぐ近く、徒歩圏内です。エディンバラ城からは徒歩約30分。ショッピングは階下で利用できます。自分で車で行く場合は、ショッピングモールの地下駐車場に停めることができます。出るときに駐車料金を支払う必要がありますが、スタッフは駐車料金を免除し、ポールを上げて行かせてくれました。シートリップを使ってイギリスのホテルを予約するのは初めてですが、今回は明らかに***********で部屋を予約するよりも良かったです。」

「このホテルはとても良く、サービスは温かく、ホテルは静かで騒がしくないです。部屋はとても広く、スリッパが備わっています。食べ慣れていないイングリッシュブレックファスト、その他はすべてとても美味しいです。エディンバラ、プリンセスストリート、鉄道駅、ロイヤルマイルにも近く、おいしい食べ物もたくさんあります。全体として、とても良いホテルです、次回もここに泊まります。」

「場所はとても便利で、買い物に疲れたら戻って休むことができます。ホテルの近くにはたくさんのレストランがあります。外に出て左に曲がると、聖地をパンチします。ホテルのサービスも良く、部屋はタイムリーに掃除され、朝食の時間で掃除されました!朝食にはオプションがあり、ウェイターに他のものを追加するように言うこともできます。中国語を話す女性のアジア人ウェイターがいますが、彼女の勤務時間を見るために運を試さなければなりません。部屋のベッドはとても快適です。部屋は広くはありませんが、レイアウトはリーズナブルです。ドレッシングテーブル、ソファダイニングテーブル、冷蔵庫、洗濯、衣類の掛け布団はすべて満足できます!体験する価値があり、ここに住んで旅行するのにとても適しています!」

「設備：シェラトンコレクションとほぼ同等 清潔さ：問題なし 環境：幹線道路から少し外れており、少し曲がりくねった道を進む必要があります。正面は目立ちませんが、ロビーはかなり広々としています。キャッスルビューと書かれていますが、実際にはエディンバラ城ではありません。徒歩ではかなり近いですが、タクシーだとかなり距離があります。私たちは夜に近道でたどり着いたので、夜間の利用はおすすめしません。 サービス：フロントの男性は親切で丁寧でしたが、何を言っているのかよく分かりませんでした。」

「This is the noisiest hotel among the more than 50 hotels I have stayed in this year. When I checked in, I specifically asked the staff to give me a quiet room because I didn't sleep well, and they promised me that they could. I don't know why they arranged the worst room for me. The bedside made a loud noise from around 12 o'clock in the evening until 7:30 the next morning. I couldn't sleep all night! I don't know how it was rated 5 stars. It's far from 5 stars. The photos and the building I stayed in are not the same at all.」

「Everything was overall very good. The location was exceptional. The rooms were so handy and practical, there was a quite functional and almost fully equipped kitchen and there was even a washing machine. I was planning to have breakfast outside - in a coffee shop or bakery, but i changed my plans to have my breakfast in the room sine the room was like studio and had given me a cosy feeling in the middle of the city center. The only downfall was that instead of keycards, they gave me a pincode (like numeric password) to open the doors and the codes were hand written by receptions and handed to customers just like that. This seemed to me not very safe while it may sound somehow practical to some other people in other ways. Maybe i need to get used to it if this method is going to be applied everywhere in the future, who knows.」

「Lovely hotel with a really nice vibe. Beds are so comfy. Nice showers and luxury toiletries. Great amenities with snacks, coffee machine, local filter coffee etc in room. Staff are great and very friendly. Happy hour from 5 to 6pm with free drinks in the bar. Lovely coffee from the conservatory bar. Great selection at breakfast. All the staff are what makes the hotel so good. Really positive attitudes and always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「在王子街和lothia你street交叉路口，新城和舊城交界處，位置非常好，門口就能看到愛丁堡古堡，步行可達。酒店本身就是一座古堡建築，許多名人住過包括柯南道爾。我和女兒是福爾摩斯迷，所以選了這家酒店。早餐是傳統的英式早餐，印象最深的是早餐華夫餅蜂蜜選了新鮮的整個蜂巢，非常有趣！中庭有個花園餐廳非常棒、但是我們時間急促，沒來得及去體驗一下。」
