場所は確かに市内中心部から少し離れており、市内中心部への交通機関はあまりなく、近くにレストランはあまりありません。 駐車場はありますが、入退場ゲートのナンバープレート認識システムが少し鈍感な印象で、ナンバープレートを読み取ってゲートを開けるまでに何度も往復しなければなりませんでした。 部屋は広く、ベッドも大きくマットレスも柔らかく、全体的に清潔感があります。

いつもここに泊まるのが大好きです。チェックインとチェックアウトは簡単でした。 部屋は清潔で、紅茶とコーヒーが用意されていました。ただ、部屋に冷蔵庫があれば最高です。 朝食は美味しく、紅茶の種類も豊富で、ヴィーガンメニューもありました。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。 唯一の欠点は、ケーブルテレビのチャンネルがあまり映らないことです。映るチャンネルもありますが、ほとんどは映らないので、子供連れで旅行していて子供向けチャンネルが全く映らないのは少し不便です。それ以外はいつもここに泊まるのを楽しんでいます。立地も良く、徒歩圏内にたくさんのお店やレストランがあります。

非常に小さいホテルですが、その名の通り、エアコンはなくデスクファンのみ。また、部屋のテレビはスマートテレビではないので、夜にNetflixでリラックスしたい方はFire TV Stickを持参することをお勧めします。 モバイルネットワークはあまり良くないので、ホテルのWi-Fiに接続してください。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーで、お客様が快適に過ごせるよう配慮してくれます。

My choice of hotel when in London, close to loads of restaurants. There is a gym 2 minutes away , and kiddies play gym for the grandchildren when they come around. Parking is free for 72 hours for a hotel stay. Would have been perfect if there was a fridge in the room. Other than that comfortable stay.

Room is very clean in general. There’s some smell in the washroom but they have air freshener for us to use there, so it’s still ok. Remember to book carpark in advance coz there’s not much car spaces. You can still park on the street but will need to pick up car early in the morning. Photos show the breakfast, it’s being served whole day from morning till night. Recommend this hotel to travellers who need car space and laundry, very convenient and cost effective.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are bus stops and a train station within a few minutes walk and has free parking for a few cars. There's kitchen facilities available for use and free WiFi. The place is very dated and in need of decoration. The baths are stained with a shower head coming of the taps that has no pressure. For the price charged I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but this was value for money.
