大理市の人気絶景ホテル

「ホテルは旧市街の南門から数分の絶好のロケーションにあり、周辺にはグルメストリートがあり、タクシーやデリバリーも非常に便利です。部屋は快適で、寝具は清潔で適度でした。2部屋予約しましたが、子供が泊まった部屋も私が泊まった部屋もとても良く、寝具は湿った感じがなく快適でした。ホテル内の環境は素晴らしく、無料で衣装を提供してくれて写真撮影もできるので、チェックインした日の夜、家族は10時過ぎまで写真を撮っていました。朝食は上品で、北方の人間である私には口に合い、毎日2杯の米線を満腹になるまで食べました。最後に、スタッフのサービス態度と積極性は非常に素晴らしく、真剣でした。本当におすすめできるホテルです。」

「ホテルは旧市街の中心部に位置しており、立地は非常に便利です。 しかし、それ以外は賛否両論といったところです。 寝具はあまり快適ではなく、清潔さも平均的でした（毎日清掃されていたにもかかわらず、到着時に床に残っていた汚れが出発時にもそのまま残っていました）。些細なことのように思えるかもしれませんが、滞在中にイライラさせられたのは、ハウスキーピングスタッフが対応してくれなかったため、トイレットペーパーを何度も頼まなければならなかったことです。良い点としては、フロントの若い男性スタッフはとても忍耐強く、親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。」

「部屋はとても清潔で、設備も充実していました。特に専用バスルームが完備されているのが非常に良かったです。 フロントスタッフは親切丁寧でプロフェッショナルな対応でした。相部屋の宿泊客の方々もマナーが良く、快適に過ごせました。 場所は静かながら交通アクセスも大変便利でした。大理古城から近く、バス停もすぐそば。長距離バスターミナルへのアクセスも容易で、タクシーを利用すれば宿の玄関まで直接来られるので、移動に不便を感じることはありませんでした。 また大理を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。」

「We really enjoyed our stay here because the owner was very kind and helpful, they always smile at us, the hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable, clean, sterile, and fragrant, they also helped carry our suitcases, the owner is a husband and wife who treated us like family, we felt like home, they also helped pick up my package from taobao which almost got lost 🥹☺️. And they have a very cute dog named taopao 😍. The location of this hotel is very strategic close to the Bo’ai Gate and the South Gate, around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. I really recommend this hotel because the facilities are complete and the price is affordable, I will stay here again if I visit dali next time ☺️☺️」

「Great location, nice layout of the room, good view from above, Mountain Side, clean, good bed - for the good part. For the less good, I was expecting a real toilet door, not that ”classic” sliding door which doesn't give you the intimacy you need in terms of sounds and smells. I did not see a toilet ventilator, which is a pity. The window did not insulate well enough (strong winds in Dali), but we had 2 layers of curtains covering it.」

「宿の立地が最高でした！右に出て20～30メートルでバスに乗れるし、左に100メートルも行かないうちに一番賑やかな人民路に出られます。古城の中だからうるさいだろうと思っていましたが、意外にもとても静かでした。部屋は合理的な間取りで、バス・トイレ別。掃除も行き届いていて、清掃スタッフの方は本当に責任感が強いです！オーナーさんはとても親切で、美味しいお店を熱心に勧めてくれたり、旅程を立てるのを手伝ってくれたりしました。ネットの攻略よりもずっと信頼できましたね。今回は天気が変わりやすかったですが、オーナーさんがすぐに計画を変更してくれたおかげで、行きたかった場所は全て回れて、失敗もなく無駄な遠回りもありませんでした。オーナーさんは話しやすくて、何でも快く対応してくれて、本当に素晴らしい旅行になりました！そうそう、宿にいる3匹の猫ちゃんたちが特に可愛かったです。特に「鉄錘（ティエツイ）」と「麦扣（マイクー）」は本当におとなしくて、とっても愛くるしい！機会があればまた大理に来て、風のある場所（有風的地方）に泊まりたいです。この数日間全てが素晴らしい思い出になりました！」

「We had a bit of a disappointing experience at the Jiatu Scenic Hotel. The room listing states ‘lake view’ so we booked that room, however, it turns out that this room does not face the lake and has an internal car par window instead. The listing photos conveniently have the net curtains of the windows drawn so you can’t see this from the inside photos. The receptionist insisted the Trip.com listing was accurate because the hotel was near the lake and therefore a ‘lake view’. They would not change us to a room with the lake view that we believed we booked, despite having multiple lake-view rooms available and us checking in at 10.30pm. They insisted the only way we could change the room was to cancel our booking (and incur a 50% cancellation fee) and rebook the more expensive ‘sea-view’ room instead. We contacted Trip.com who spoke to the hotel also but they were unwilling to help or move us, despite the room not matching the listing description. Trip themselves were very helpful and offered us some compensation. In the end we stayed in the room we’d booked with no lake view. The room itself was lovely and spacious, had storage options and was clean and tidy. If we’d booked knowing this didn’t have a lake view then it would have been perfect! The location is near the station which is great if you’re there for one night, however we were there for 2 nights and had to travel 40 minutes to get to Dali Old Town or the 28 bends ecological corridor, so personally if I were to come to Dali again I would choose a hotel in that location instead. It is worth noting that the hotel is across the road from the lake, so you can see cars and the road even in the lakeside view rooms.」

「跟朋友一起來的，一共體驗了（炘、爍、暄）三個房型。總的來説這是我大理住過最好的一家民宿。 設施：因為是新開業的民宿，所以設施齊全而且都很新，有全屋智能管家還有投影儀，小朋友非常喜歡。 衞生：整個民宿衞生都很乾凈整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，吹風機非常好用，還有一次性馬桶墊和消過毒的拖鞋，洗漱套裝也很好聞。 環境：民宿處於臨洱海的別墅區，很安靜，出小區五分鐘內就有臨海步道，小區內還有租車服務。炘和暄都能看到海景，暄配有户外陽台，也可以選擇在榻榻米上向窗外看海（P1）。而且民宿的4F還有露天天台，天台上有草坪和桌椅，隨時可以上去看晚霞吹晚風（P2） 服務：老闆一家非常熱情，不僅有全天候專屬管家禮遇，還有能送到房間的免費下午茶（很好吃但我忘拍照了。。。。。。）住房前還可以諮詢老闆，幾乎秒回。老闆還會提供適配不同旅遊天數的攻略，跟着攻略吃了幾家店都很好吃😋 早上8:00-10:00有阿姨親自下廚煮的早餐，吃不飽還能續（很好吃但我也忘拍了）。還有阿伯的接送服務【單晚入住享專屬接駁禮遇（機場/高鐵站單程接送二選一）】是多座商務車，還幫我們趕上了高鐵（如果要入住要注意出發前要跟管家提前預約用車） 最後祝老闆一家的民宿越做越好、越做越大！」

「古代大理の中心部という絶好のロケーション。すべてがすぐそばにありながら、裏路地という便利な立地のおかげで、夜は静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。息を呑むような景色を眺めながら路地を散策した時間は、一生の思い出になるでしょう。 女性の一人旅でしたが、すぐに温かく迎えられ、とても安全だと感じました。これは私にとって最も重要なことでした。ベッドには電気毛布が敷かれていたので、夜はとても暖かく過ごせました。屋上に洗濯機があり、洗濯物を干すスペースも十分にあったのもとても便利でした。 Wi-Fiは高速で安定しており、ビデオ通話やメール作成などに十分でした。 オーナーは常にコミュニケーションが早く、周辺地域や観光スポットに関するヒントやおすすめをたくさん教えてくれました。 また必ず泊まりたいです。」

「Xiao Hanさんのサービスは素晴らしく、ホテルのスタイルも良く、設備も充実していて、ロボットによる食事のデリバリーまでありました。チェックインは迅速で、フロントでは無料のコーヒーとミルクが提供されました。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、インターネットも高速で、ベッドは快適でした。バスルームも清潔で、シャワーも使いやすく快適でした。ハウスキーピングスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。駐車場も広くて便利でした。ランドリーも便利で、乾燥機も便利でした。最高でした！」
