「Property is ok but need more improvement in rooms and services. Food quality could b improved」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel- Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde, Goa.The room was neat and cleaned daily, and the staff were super friendly. Although there wasn't a restaurant on-site, which meant ordering food via Zomato, the pool was sparkling clean and lovely. The property itself was stunning, with serene lakes adding to its beauty. Overall, a great experience!」

「Все неплохо , понятно что отель не новый , лет 30 назад он был пятеркой , и очень видимо не плохой, сегодня его поддерживают на хорошем уровне . На пару дней не плохо . До моря 2,5 км ( пешком не дойдешь) , постоянно забит , на бассейне 5 шезлонгов. Для отдыха однозначно выбирать южный Гоа ( палолем)」

「Stay was comfortable, but service wasn’t flawless. Rooms are spacious, we got upgradation to partial sea view( through balcony, but corridor has better view) with some charges. Basic facilities available. Room and toilet were clean, but the bathing area was too small, the big shower occupied 1/3rd of it(just to tell length, just managed to stand. Won’t recommend food service and restaurant. But if you are prioritising on roaming around and beach then it’s very much suitable for you, you will enjoy. Beach in front of hotel is relatively less crowded and beautiful.」

「We stayed here for 7 days and it was an amazing stay in this hotel. Below are pros and cons pros 1. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Electric kettle, mini fridge, bathtub, shower,, 24 hours hot water, non-smart tv with tata sky provided. 2. Staff is very polite and helpful. 3. Outside food is allowed and we can order from swiggy, zomato or by calling local restaurant. 4. No restrictions on smoke, shisha, alcohol, medium loud music in room. 5. Delicious breakfast was served sharp at 10 am. 6. Staff arranged 2 extra chairs immediately when asked. Cons 1. Only 1 mirror provided in entire quadruple room. Need to install at least 2 more mirrors in bathroom and living room. 2. We stayed during monsoon that too for 7 days, struggled to wash clothes of 4 people. No place to hang clothes for drying. Laundry service is not available. 3. Cupboard drawers are very stiff, don't get closed easily. 4. Toilet papers were not provided, we had to buy on our own. Overall, i would still rate it 5/5 for because of customized stay as per our requirement and staff's service.」

「We booked suite and it was large and spacious. Desk clerk jyoti was very helpful. We did not eat at the hotel due to previous reviews. Swimming pool was great and clean. We carried a mosquito racket and they provided repellent “mortein”」

「Arrived late but was well taken care of , also organised personal driver at reasonable rate, had a good massage and reasonable priced breakfast - overall a good stay but more water bottles could be provided」
