「نضيف أما الخدمة سيئة منطقة حلوة فطور جيد كان الإقامة جيد جدا أما الخدمة سيئة جدا طلبت منهم شي ما جابوا لي إياه ليوم ثاني كلم الرسبشن حق خليل العامل يجيني يأخذ أغراضي ما جاني العامل فنزلت أغراضي أنا بنفسي أتمنى أن يتصلح أكثر وأكثر غرفة النوم صراحة ممتازة الفندق بشكل عام نظيف حلو بس أتمنى أن الخدمات تكون أفضل لأن الخدمات سيئة روم Service ضعيف جدا أتمنى أتمنى يكون أفضل الأيام الجاية إن شاء الله راح اكررها الزيارة وأتمنى يكون أفضل」

「Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat」

За 4 ночи к нам ни разу не пришли убираться (никто даже не предложил вынести мусор или поделиться туалетной бумагой и т.д.) 2. Все купальные принадлежности почему-то были в одном экземпляре (полотенца, шампунь, мыло и т.д.), несмотря на то, что нас заселялось двое. Не думаю, что хорошая идея — заставлять гостей выпрашивать это у отеля. Учитывая тот факт, что 4 дня не было уборки и возможности обновить полотенца тоже не было — это стало проблемой для нас. Но нам очень понравилось, что номер был чистым. Также у отеля хорошие завтраки (с возможностью заказать свежий горячий омлет).」

「For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.」
