Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. B&Bの料金は3,000ルピー以上するので、オーナーが質の高いサービスを提供して目立つようにするのは容易ではありません。 写真撮影のために訪れましたが、ロケーションは確かに素晴らしく、人目を引くものでしたが、サービスの質が本当に低いと感じました。スタッフ全員が笑顔でいてくれることを願っていますが、難しいことではないはずです（スタッフは皆とても親切です）。 ハウスキーピングサービスから連絡があったのはチェックイン当日になってからでした。駐車場で10分近く待ち、グループチャットで尋ねたところ、ようやく迎えに来てくれる人が手配され、荷物を運んでくれることになりました。チェックイン時に子連れ旅行であることを知っていたのですが、その日の夕方に私が積極的に子供用の洗面用具とスリッパをリクエストした後で、ようやく対応してくれました（歯ブラシケースには子供用の歯磨き粉が入っていませんでした）。 観光シーズンのピークなので、部屋は毎日満室ですが、スタッフが少ないのかもしれません。その晩、忙しいスケジュールで顔を赤らめている若い女性を見かけ、何かを頼むのが恥ずかしくなりました。 オーナーの寝具のセレクションは素晴らしいと思います。とても快適で完璧です。私たちは子供連れでよく旅行しますが、私たちにとって完璧なホテルに泊まったのはこれで2回目です。1回目は日本での滞在でした。清潔さに関して一番問題だったのは、虫の多さです。こんなに虫だらけの部屋にゴキブリがいるのは、絶対に良くありません。シャワーを浴びている時に生きたゴキブリに遭遇しました（怖くて排水溝に流してしまいました）。翌朝、目が覚めると、シンクの上にほぼ死んでいる大きなゴキブリがいました（お腹がひっくり返っていて、触角が動いていました）。（これは、ホテルが薬剤を使用していることを示唆しています。）ゴキブリと一緒に暮らすのは、決して楽しい経験ではありません…。 私たちはただ楽しんでいただけで、話題にはしませんでしたが、ゴキブリは誰もが我慢できるものではありません。スタッフの皆さんには、積極的にサービスの向上を期待しています。機会があれば、ぜひFengxiの別の店舗に泊まりたいです。オーナーのセンスは素晴らしいです。

I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. You can feel the tremendous thought and effort poured into this place to make guests feel comfortable. ✨ Highlights, Who Will Love This Place: ✅#English-Speaking Travellers: For foreigners unfamiliar with China, it is extremely helpful that the owner is fluent in English. ✅#Design & Aesthetics: Warm & modern. The property exudes zen-like comfort with charming decors. It has a gorgeous yard, with swimming pool, and ample outdoor seatings. ✅#Remote workers: I didn’t plan to work on this trip, but I could see myself working there remotely. If you come from the city where every building looks like a boxy Lego piece, you will deeply appreciate this place. ✅#Personalized Service: Kudos to the young lady boss! In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

酒店環境很好，房間設施齊全，老闆的服務應該是數一數二的，所有事情老闆就是統一回復模板，“我來，我去拿，我解決，等我一下，我弄”，安全感滿滿！泳池和庭院更是加分項，哪個孩子不喜歡玩兒水玩兒槳板呀！今天沒出去浪，總算吃到了酒店早餐，米線很好吃，玉米🌽也很好吃。有機會還會來深度度假的！

これは、本島に滞在するのは2回目でした。また素晴らしい滞在でした。万峰林全体で最も素晴らしい景色のいくつか。ラオスの禁止は非常にフレンドリーで歓迎しています。スタッフは若くて楽しく、とても親切です。ebike でぐるぐる回ったり、地元の少数民族の文化をチェックしたり、自然に座ったりしたい場合でも、ここは完璧な場所です。部屋はきれいで、食べ物は素晴らしいです、は新鮮に摘まれています。観光客が多すぎる前に来てください!
