「Overall a very good experience compared to other hotels within Sylhet. Apart from few cracks on the wall , shower cleanliness and initial bad odour at the room , I thought it was a very pleasant experience. Staffs were very professional and helpful. Lots of amenities available within the hotel for example spa , pool , live music , badminton court etc. Breakfast had various cuisine option , however milk tea was a total flop due to being so strong and very dark in color. I noticed that even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you’re more than welcome to come and check out their amenities. Don’t worry, it’s not a security issue at all as very low number of people who come in without staying, and hotel always complete security checks at the gate before anyone enters the facility. If I ever find myself in Sylhet again, I’m definitely staying at Grand Sylhet.」

「The Royal Mark Hotel has a fantastic location, and the staff were excellent. The receptionists all spoke very good English, which was a real bonus. The room was a little small but decent, and having two single beds worked well for my two boys. The only disappointment was the lack of a gym and swimming pool. Everything else was great, and adding those facilities would take this hotel to the next level. Overall, a very good stay and I’d happily return.」

「This is probably the best hotel to stay at in the city of Sylhet! Location is right in the city center and rooms were modern for a comfortable stay. The bellman were also super kind, often hailing me down CNGs to take me around the city, so special shoutout to them for that.」

「It’s a nice nifty hotel. Pretty well kept and a decent location, quiet area, while being in the heart of the town. Overall a really solid selection. However, really couldn’t differentiate between between a “honeymoon” suit vs regular in terms of how rooms are setup or special amenities being offered.」
