Completely renovated in 2016, the cottage is ideal for families, friends, couples, and fishing enthusiasts looking for a comfortable and convenient place to enjoy all that Spanish Wells and the surrounding waters have to offer.The first floor features an open, fully air-conditioned layout, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing seamlessly from one space to the next. A portion of the living area can be converted into a semi-private sleeping area with a daybed that converts to either a king-size bed or two twin beds. The remainder of the living room provides a comfortable couch and chair for relaxing, watching television, or surfing the Internet using the included Wi-Fi.Also located on the first floor is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
