ロケーションは最高です！ルイーズ湖のすぐ向かいに位置し、いつでも素晴らしい湖と山の景色を楽しめます。ホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、ルームスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで礼儀正しく、私の英語があまり上手ではないにもかかわらず、嫌な顔一つせず対応してくれました。 ただ、チェックイン時にホテルのマネージャーのうち1、2人が少しせっかちな様子だったので、少し居心地が悪く感じました…。 それから、駐車場は有料なので、駐車場を出た後、フロントで駐車券を入場券に交換するのを忘れないように注意が必要です。ホテル側はこの点について十分に説明していませんでした。 最後に、滞在中はぜひ朝食を試してみてください。とても美味しいですよ！

We stayed at Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff from March 26–29 with my 7-year-old daughter, and overall we had a great experience. Check-in was simple and straightforward. We arrived in the early evening, and Jason at the front desk was the most approachable and helpful hotel staff member I have ever dealt with. He remembered my daughter’s name, greeted her every day, checked in with us throughout our stay, and added little touches that made the trip feel extra special for both of us. The renovated room itself was fairly standard for a hotel room, but comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, which worked well for us. The bathroom had a shower only, with no bathtub, but that was not an issue. The pillows were big and lumpy, all 8 of the pillows in our room were too high/tall for my daughter to use comfortably. There are robes provided in the room, it would be a nice touch if they could also provide kids size robes. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and kettle with tea provided in the room. We ordered room service one night and tried the pulled pork poutine, which was the daily special from the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not very good, and I would not recommend it. The TV included free cable and on-demand programming, as well as pay-per-view movies. I had brought my laptop and an HDMI cord, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily to watch our own movies. Watching on-demand, my daughter discovered The Simpsons and loved it (lol) The pool area was a big highlight for us. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine. The water itself was on the cooler side, but there was also a good-sized hot tub and a large steam room. My daughter quickly made friends with another family staying at the hotel, and the kids spent multiple hours a day in the pool together. The gym was small but functional. In the four days we were there, it was empty every time we walked by. Parking is $20 per day, which does add up. There is also free street parking behind the hotel if you are able to find a spot. One fun feature in the lobby was the robot, which the kids absolutely loved. We were told that after construction is complete, it will be delivering items to guest rooms. During our stay it moved around the lobby, told jokes, and handed out free apples. The hotel was reasonably priced compared with other options in the area. I chose it specifically for the pool setup, knowing we would be spending a lot of time there, and it worked out really well for that. Shops and restaurants on the main street were about a 10-minute walk away, or you could take the bus that stops outside the neighboring hotel for $2 per ride, with kids riding free. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The price, location, rooms, and pool make this a very family-friendly hotel option in Banff. Biggest thank you to Jason at the front desk for the spectacular service we enjoyed.

The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Edmonton, within walking distance to attractions and public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. I do, however, think the hotel is in need of a renovation to modernise it as the interiors and fixtures were outdated. The hotel could also help with the room doors as their opening and closing can be loud and disruptive if trying to sleep. For a next trip to Edmonton, I would stay again.

友人を訪ねるため、マリオットを信頼してカルガリーのこのホテルを予約しましたが、とても満足のいく滞在でした。部屋は少し狭かったですが、一人で泊まるには十分でした。ホテルの朝食はビュッフェとアラカルトの両方が素晴らしく、とても美味しかったです。最終日は早朝のフライトだったので、キッチンのスタッフが親切に料理を詰めてくれました。夕食の注文を手伝ってくれたフロントのスタッフもとても親切で、一つ一つの料理を丁寧に説明してくれました。 唯一の不満は、バスルームのドアがワードローブのドアを兼ねていて、ドアを閉めるとワードローブの中身が見えてしまうことです。このデザインはあまり好きではありませんでした…。それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、チャイナタウンやショッピングモールにも近く、すべて徒歩圏内です。ライトレールの駅からもそれほど遠くありません。空港からはUberで約20分と、それほど遠くありません（カルガリーはそれほど大きくありません）。 次回カルガリーに来る際は、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいです！

最高のホテルではありませんが、まあまあ清潔で、ベッドも快適です。移民がたくさんいて、奇妙な集団です。朝食は悪くなく、ワッフル、オムレツ、ヨーグルトなどがありました。原則的にはそれで十分です。駐車場は私たちのもので、ある日は場所を見つけるのが難しかったのですが、他の日は空いていました。カルガリーの他のホテルと比べると、価格的には問題ありませんが、私たちの意見としては、もっと安いほうがよいと思います。

先日、ボウバレー・トレイル沿いのキャンモア・イン＆スイーツに宿泊しました。ホテル自体はロッキー山脈観光の拠点として便利な立地で、魅力的な施設ではありますが、予想外の要因によって滞在体験が大きく損なわれてしまいました。それは、地元の大規模なホッケー大会が開催されていたことです。 大会の影響 予約時には、滞在期間がキャンモアのU11とU13部門のホッケー大会と重なることを知りませんでした。これらのチームがホテルを「占拠した」と言っても過言ではありません。子供たちの数が圧倒的でした。その結果、以下のような状況になりました。 プールエリア：他の宿泊客が利用するのはほぼ不可能でした。朝から晩まで子供たちでいっぱいでした。 共用エリア：廊下やロビーは非常に騒がしく、時には手に負えないほどでした。 監視体制の不備：共用スペースでは大人や保護者の監視が明らかに不足しており、静かな山の休暇を期待していた人にとっては理想的とは言えない、混沌とした雰囲気でした。 スタッフと騒音対策 ホテルの対応は評価できる点として、騒音は午後10時半頃にはほぼ収まりました。フロントデスクに問い合わせたところ、必要であれば正式な騒音苦情を申し立てることができるとのことでした。しかし、団体客の多さを考えると、苦情を申し立てても無駄な努力に終わるだろうと感じました。 地元のトーナメント開催中はホテルの予約が途切れないため、スタッフは明らかにこの状況に慣れているようです。スタッフは礼儀正しく対応してくれましたが、高い稼働率と若いアスリートたちのエネルギーに圧倒され、人手不足のように見えました。 客室とアメニティ 長所：立地は抜群で、ダウンタウンと国道1号線に近接しています。客室は概ね広々としており、上層階からの山々の眺めは特筆すべき点です。 短所：建物の老朽化が目立ちます。一部の備品は時代遅れに感じられ、トーナメント期間中の人の往来の多さから、利用頻度の高い共用エリアの清掃状態は良好とは言えませんでした。 最終的な評価 最も簡単な解決策は、タイミングの問題です。トーナメントへの参加や観戦のために滞在するのでなければ、予約前に地元のスポーツカレンダーを確認することをお勧めします。 U11/U13のトーナメントが開催されている場合は、別の場所に宿泊することをお勧めします。ホッケー観戦が目的であれば、ここは間違いなく中心地ですが、一般の旅行者にとっては、混雑する週末の料金に見合うだけの静けさがないため、宿泊費に見合う価値があるとは言えません。

房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，居然還有微波爐。酒店員工態度熱情友好， 酒店設施齊全方便，停車免費，離機場和outlet購物中心都很近。 一切都超出了我們的預期，是個驚喜。 非常滿意，下次路過還會再選。

ホテルは空港の隣にあり、夜は飛行機の音が聞こえるため、眠りが浅い方は慎重に選ぶべきです。ホテルは改装中でしたが、事前に知らされていませんでした。部屋の窓の外は足場で覆われていました。この点は少し残念です。ホテルの2階にはコインランドリーがあり、これは良かったです。

夫と息子と私はここに1泊しました。立地は最高で、レストラン、街、空港にも近いです。ホテルも部屋もバスルームもとても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。ウォーターパーク、プール、ホットタブは素晴らしい設備で、7歳の息子も大喜びでした。駐車場も問題ありませんでした。セキュリティ対策として、エレベーターもルームキーカードで操作できます。このホテルはおすすめです。ただ、部屋には電子レンジがなく、朝食は含まれていませんでした。
