「It was a standard hotel. Service was very good and it was good value for money. We felt that the breakfast was not as good as the breakfasts we have had in other hotels along this coast, although there was plenty of choice. The orange juice was very good but the tortilla was relatively poor.」

「The room I was first checked into had no hot water for the sink, and the sink wouldn't drain either. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working and was flashing an error message. I asked about it at reception and was told to go back up to my room to wait. I was then called and told to pack my belongings and to go back to reception to change rooms. I was sat in reception at 6pm holding my belongings in my arms. I asked if there was anything that could be done about the inconvenience. Firstly, the person at reception wouldn't call the manager, but when I asked again she came down. She said that she was going to nothing about the inconvenience, but said I could have the water from the mini bar if I wanted which I found quite insulting. The next room had a fault with the air conditioning also and a repair man had to come to clean the filters - he said they were clogged. I booked the hotel expecting a no fuss relaxing experience, but wasted hours trying to get the room situation resolved. Pretty disappointing considering the price.」

「另外一個酒店搬過來的，説實話房間設施有點舊了。地理位置還可以，衹是我的房間靠近路邊，衹看到前面的房子擋住了海景😹😹，離火車站很近。十分鐘左右就能到。酒店附近有個好吃的網紅冰淇淋店，八十歲的老奶奶也在吃，強烈推薦。」

「Entorno y edificio excelente. Spa maravilloso. Visita a la iglesia con guía Lucía fantástica! Habitaciones muy bien, servicio mejorable. Se debería cuidar las visitas al monasterio, no se cuida!! Vimos 20 bicicletas apoyadas en las columnas… totalmente recomendable para visitar la Ribera Sacra」

「La chambre est extrêmement sombre, la fenêtre est beaucoup trop petite et une plaque métallique empêche presque toute entrée de lumière, ce qui donne une véritable sensation de claustrophobie. La décoration de la réception est un mélange de styles incohérent et sans harmonie. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel reste son emplacement.」
